I have loved H&M but my recent experience with staff at Orange location was not good. I asked for price match and Employees were unnecessarily rude regarding that. I asked as I had done the price match before. The employee rudely responded and didn’t even ask for my account number for points. It was insulting and I won’t be returning.

DO NOT BUY A GiFT CARD HERE. My nephew wanted an H&M gift card for Christmas this year so I went in to the store to get one for him. After waiting in line I asked the cashier for a gift card and he told me to just take one home and load it myself. This is where I should have just realized something was off and got the kid something else. I went home and followed the instructions on the card, logging into their website and submitting credit card info to load $50 onto his gift card. After receiving the receipt in my e mail I was confident that I could give nephew his card and have a Merry Christmas. Tonight he tried to use the gift card at the same store I got it and they told him it was not valid. I called H&M customer service and at first they gave me another phone number to their "gift card specialist." So I called that number and they told me that there is a second gift card company and they don't have the card in their system. I called the first H&M customer service number back to give them that information and the representative told me that there is indeed a different gift card company and that it is not H&M's fault but the fault of the gift card company and I need to take it up with them. This is incredibly shady behavior. My next move is to actually drive to H&M to speak to them in person to get my $50 back. That will be the last time I ever visit.

It's seven pm. Fitting room is closed. Three staff tell us it's really hard to clean. lol. Store is open till 8pm. We are at another store because fitting room here at Guess is open till 8pm. Owner or manager at H and M. Take heed. Your staff wants to get out on time. At the expense of customers and you.

Horrible service. Accused me of returning items I never wore out because the clothes had stains on them. How can it be assumed I wore the item or washed it. Would I be dumb enough to intentionally return stained items ? We tried it on and found stains on it so we had to return it.

I came to this store this past Tuesday and was helped by Ailyn when I was trying to find some outfits for my baby boy. Not only did she point me in the right direction but helped me put the cutest outfits together! She was quick on her feet and was such a sweetheart and chose some great pieces that I ended up purchasing! Leslie helped me at the register and was quick and had good customer service as well. Overall great experience, will be shopping here again soon, and hope to be helped by Ailyn again!! :)
