I went to order a missing part for my rotor hammer they ordered the wrong part after that they said I had to pay to order the part again now I hope they send me the right part this time (they couldn't take back the part they ordered wrong)

The reps got a bad attitude!!The only sales associate in the store was the phone making small talks for 15 minutes, and would not acknowledge the walk-in client.Just order online and don't waste your time at this location.Not cool.

I came In nobody approached me. Maybe because I'm a female and probably didn't think I was going to buy a tool anyway. I approached someone behind a computer and I felt like I was getting blown off because he didn't even look at me. But the one star is because At least he answered my questions and they didn't have what I was looking for.

Very courteous young ladies took my broken hammer drill and said it would take about 1-2 weeks. To my surprise it was back at my door in 2 days. And the bill was lower than Thought. Great service!

You have to have the cash sale number to get your item. We had ordered it by phone and our company p/o number. Waited 45 min to get 2 boxes and miscommunication. Just have the cash sale number and remember to have that number to go straight to will call if not you would have to order at the front and give your information also mention your resale number and verify correct price on your order sheet

Don"t even stock parts as simple as brushes! Don"t understand that. I run a small Co and cant even get there Web site to work. I'm going to sell my one Hilti product just so i don't have to deal with the repairs anymore..
