shady shady shady..stay away!!!!i called in friday afternoon to schedule a "service b" maintenance on my mercedes.i spoke to justin and i asked him to confirm with me what the scheduled service included.he responded with- service b includes oil change,cabin filter and brake fluid exchange.he said the price would be "just about $300i came in this morning at 9am to drop off my car and again confirmed price and he said "yes $300"not only did they waste my whole day and call me 5 hours later at about 2:30pm to tell me that they were just about to start working on my car and what my car needed and what they recommended but they also said the service b was $295 "plus" $150 for brake fluid exchange.over $450 plus tax for a service they had said was only $300shady shady way to bring people in and shady way to do business.. not only that they repond to you with an attitude and dony have any coService: Engine repair

I needed a new battery and called as Hi-line has done all my service and maintenance for my Mercedes. They were able to get me in right away and I was out in less than 20 minutes. I found them to me honest, friendly and greatly appreciated them accommodating me without an appointment and helping me so quickly.Service: Battery

I bought a '93 Mercedes 300 CE convertible approximately a year ago so this was the first time I needed an annual maintenance. Having driven past Hi-Line on an almost daily basis for many years, I decided to check out their website and Yelp reviews.... Based on what I read, I decided to bring my car to them last week. It was a great experience... even better than the reviews had suggested. The shop is spotlessly clean and well organized. Their inspection was very thorough and they found several important things that, repaired now, will keep my car in good condition and save real money down the road.... and they were great at calling me with updates and cost estimates so there were no surprises. They even went "the extra mile" to locate a third party supplier for a convertible top latch that's no longer available from Mercedes... rather than just telling me that "the part isn't available any longer" which is what most other shops would have done. They're also very honest... I had an injury that made it difficult to drive my car for a few months so the battery was dead, dead dead ... so much do thst AAA couldn't find any residual charge. Although that car started easily with the battery jump, I anticipated needing a new battery. Hi-Line charged the battery, tested it and determined that it was fine and didn't need replacement.... They could have replaced it and I wouldn't have had any way to really know whether it was necessary or not. All this, and the cost for their work was very reasonable (indeed, much less than I had expected). They service classic, recent and new Mercedes cars so I'm thrilled to have found them and I'll be back every time my car needs service...

I have a Mercedes 1997 C280. I had a coolant issue. Service was excellent! Matt was amazing, kept me informed with what my car needed. I would highly recommend!

Another 4 star rating for Hi-Line. Brought my 08 BMW 335xi in for brake fluid flush and battery issues. Cost was half the price of the stealership, checked battery out of courtesy, and car was ready for pick up in half a day. Found my go to service place

Jason and his crew deliver excellent service. The shop is spotless and efficient. The pricing is far better than the dealership and the quality of the work is every bit as good if not better. They will even evaluate a Mercedes that you are considering purchasing.

This establishment is always first class. They are very fair priced and the quality of service and workmanship is superb. If you are tired of being ripped off by the dealership give hi- line a try. I have been using this establishment for many years and I have always been satisfied. The Owners are great to work with . Very very satisfied.

Our sprinter van's main fan belt (serpentine) shredded. We had to have it towed to wherever we would take it. We called Hi Line and they gave us an appoint time. When we got there they were ready for us and had the work completed by the next day. Excellent customer service. We highly recommend Hi-Line Autocare.
