I've gone here multiple times but I'm done with this gas station. The owner refuses to fix the card readers at the pumps and you have to go inside to pay. According the the employer the owner has had lots of complaints and he still refuses to fix the problem. Take your money elsewhere!

Young lady cashiering nights is amazing she's always smiling and laughing, every time I show up she greets the customers and doesn't mind helping out! Her name is hard to pronounce but she is the cashier who's there at 7pm!!

I come here for the touchless car wash pay at the pump Lift the nozzle gas spills out on my car and my shoe No cashier door is locked Move to different pump Get my gas and car wash no receipt finally enter ask for receipt she wants last 4 of my card I know that all she needs to do is touch the pump -# receipt icon and print the last sale She said no I need the card # It's in my car I'm not going to get it Hit pump 3 and print Which she did I was a Chevron dealer for 45 years in Tustin I know the Gilbarco passport system better than any cashier I know it's hard to find good help these days The register also tells you no when the paper is out Takes 3 minutes to change it

Been here a few times now. This time I pulled up at that particular gas pump was out of order, making me have to back up because of the car in front of me. Then swinging around the lane closest to the road was pretty tight. It's almost better you swing in from the road. I made it though. I was able to use the app which I love, and also redeemed some an award of .25 cents off each gallon. However, the fact that they can office you these rewards shows you how much they jack up the price. I would rather it was always a few cents less than the occasional reward, but whatever. I honestly go where it's coinvent at the time so I'm not loyal to a specific brand. I did the car wash once and honestly don't recommend it unless you're in a hurry and need a car wash bad. It was just OK, just nothing to rave about for the price. Otherwise, it's clean, well-lit at night, and fairly safe. To me, that's a high priority to me and I'm sure a lot of others.

Filled up with gas, bought a car wash at the pump when offered, drove around after fueling and paying only to discover car wash was out of order!!!! Went inside to get $11.99 refund and cashier said we needed to come back the next day because he was unable to give refunds. Upon asking why the PUMP didn't specify the car wash was out of order, his answer was "WELL THERE ARE RED CONES AND A SIGN AT THE CAR WASH ENTRANCE". Well, WHY not put a sign on the gas pumps so people know even though they are prompted to buy a car wash, and they are charged, THE CAR WASH IS OUT OF SERVICE!!! Oh wait, I know, because then they can't charge and take money for a service they can't provide. AND, they are banking on the fact that MANY CUSTOMERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN FOR A POSSIBLE REFUND. Seems like a win/win for CHEVRON and a rip/rip for customers.

This is the only gas station I've ever been to in my whole life that the doors are constantly locked in the middle of the day. 10/7/2023 11:50am doors locked. Used to come by in the evening several times and the doors are locked and the lady is randomly walking around the property smoking a cig refusing to work til her break is over. My parents have been Chevron dealers for 45 years in Orange County and our gas station never has been randomly locked up in the middle of the day because chevron would def not be happy. There was no sign saying they will be back at XXX time. Waited 10 mins, several people pulled up for gas and then left as well as me...

Carwash needs to be reset but the staff didn't care to reset the it. Told him that my car is full of soap and he still didn't care. Had to go to another carwash while my car has a full of soap. Bad customer service.

Only used the restroom and picked up a snack, but the restroom was clean, attractive and had a good selection of merchandise.

It's been a while since I've washed my car, let's be honest, I've had very little time to head into a good car wash to clean my Toyota 4Runner. I needed to get out from behind my work and decided to clean my very very dirty car. I went to a place I used to go to before the pandemic, The Santiago Chevron car wash. I had the absolute best experience. Quick in to the cashier along with the tall young man who cleaned my car & went the extra mile on all that he did. I am always so thankful for hardworking and thorough people! Another man took the time to make some recommendations as well. This is one of the best car washes in town!

The day girl today was not very nice... I can for the subway which was great but I bought chips from the extra mile and the desk girl wasn't polite could have gotten gas but I'll go somewhere more friendly
