wanted to purchase a 6 dollar accessory, they charged me $8 because apparently their machine doesn’t accept anything less than that. should not be my responsibility to overpay for a product when it’s their shop’s error. Wouldn’t even offer me 2 dollars in change when I asked.

Gasoline alley always has plenty of options and inspiration for the weird niche costumes I love to do! I had five hours to make an under the sea costume and the kind folk at gasoline alley helped me craft my narwhal idea with their costume pieces. Thank you again!! Will keep coming back!

Their website clearly states that they offer to make custom costumes. I asked for rates for the simplest of costumes but they were too high and mighty to make it. Does this sound like good customer service? They turned down a paying customer because of ego.

Cute store with even cuter staff. It was recommended to me for buying Renaissance Faire stuff and they didn't disappoint. Decent selection of plus sized options. I'll keep this place in mind for my dress up needs

They have EVERYTHING you would want for your costume. Clothing, Hats, Jewelry, Glasses, Boas, Stockings, EVERYTHING. I love this store. We have several occasions a year that require costumes. They will either rent a costume or sell it to you depending. There is so much to choose from and they have fitting rooms as well. This is always our first choice when we are going shopping for costumes. This year we rented Red Riding Hood and the Wolf for a baby shower costume party. We were Elvis and Go-Go Girl for a 50th Birthday Party. We did the Roaring 20s complete with a Sequine Flapper dress, men's Fedora Hat, Vest, Pocket watch, and Bow tie. Lots of good stuff!

Great staff. Dawna, the owner, is fantastic. They have the best costumes in SoCal! High quality, and all the accessories to go with them. You may go in thinking you know what you want and end up with something 10 times better. They even do embroidery! It's a fun shop. Parking can be awful, so park at Del Taco. Grab a doughnut at the doughnut shop. Those are good!

We drive down from Redondo Beach every year to get our Halloween costumes here. They have an amazing selection of costumes and accessories and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We like the rent or buy option and the costumes are high quality which justifies the price. Highly recommend!

I rented my Halloween costumes from there over the weekend! We loved our outfits ( mariachi and salsa dancer) i loved how they had a lot to pick from ! They have everything from outfits to shoes! Very nice workers! All of them helped us out ! Only thing that bothered me is that it was so small in there i wish the store was bigger because they have so many costumes that you can't see everything it's all crammed in there... but i will highly recommend going there ! You wont be disappointed on the quality of the costumes ! The price was a little pricey but we'll worth it
