I called to ask if they had a game in stock there so in case they didn't I wouldn't have to drive out there to get it. And one of the employees left me on hold for 20 minutes. I stayed on the phone until I got there (I live 30 minutes away) and it wasn't even busy. He didn't mute the phone either, so I could hear him talking with his co-workers for 20 minutes. I walked in still on hold and he was still talking to coworkers. I told him I was still on hold.

Thank you the young lady at the counter could not have been more friendly and helpful. The store was clean. I could have gone anywhere her attitude and being friendly made that sale.

I have to say Justin completely help change my opinion of getting a product here. I had originally purchased a pre owned wireless switch controller. Unfortunately when I got home it wasn't connecting to mine. After having my nephews try to help me I decided to exchange or return it. When I arrived I informed Justin that I was unable to connect my controller; it appeared that the previous owner did not disconnect it from their device. Justin apologized for the inconvenience and set me up with a new controller.

great products and amazing customer service! if you are short in cash, look for used consoles or games. I love the collectibles and the merchandise! also don't forget the membership, for little money per year you will save tons in mailing fees and enjoy amazing discounts! Best shop ever!

GameStop have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a company. This is the last time I will buy anything from this store and companyfor this matter. On 12/13/23 I decided to buy The legend of the Zelda Tear of the kingdom in cash. Moreover, I was greeted by Emigdio who recommend me to leave a downpayment which I decide to buy the whole game because I didn't want to deal with any of the transaction in the future. He guarantee by me paying the full amount I was gonna be set and have my game when it launches. However. Yesterday May 8 2023. I received a phone call from Gabriel stating that I own A ten dollars balance on my preorder and I have to pay it before I pick up the game if not I will have to lose the preorder. As a result, I decide to talk to the store manager to who my surprise it was Gabriel. He stated "I am sorry that this happened to you. The person who sold you the game has been fired because he was not up to the standards." He decided to talk to the district manager (Monica) who didn't care at all for the situation. Today I decided to call Gamestop the company customer service and I was talking to a male named Abraham. Who who said that the only thing that he can do is email the district manager. I feel like i've been mistreated as a customer. My voice was not heard.I have concluded that this is my last time I'm gonna buy or interact with Gamestop because they do not care. Be aware if you have a problem you are not going to receive any help. Shut out to Gabriel, Monica, and Abraham who make GS lost a loyal customer!Best Buy will be my choice moving forward.

My review is based on customer service. Say what you want about GameStop the company itself. My experience with the employees this past month has been great. Each person I have spoken too at this location has always made sure I fully understand everything I am purchasing or has gone out of their way to make sure I am getting the best deal. I have previously stopped shopping at GameStop for reasons many people stop shopping at GameStop for. But with the customer service I receive it makes me much more willing to drive to the store and make purchases. Thanks again!

My son loves this place. It's like Disneyland for him. Last time I came in the gentleman was kind enough to help me with PS5 when no one had it. I remembered him but he sees so many people that I understand him not remembering me. My son normally goes with his dad. We came in and they we're busy. There were 2 team members and were helpful and greeted everyone. What was nice how both worked as a team and multitask. They both were overlooking the store and acknowledged every customer. My son was happy he got the game he wanted. Which was the last one in stock. It was meant to be. My son thought the gentleman that helped us was so nice and cool because he informed us how many points we have and we had up to $20 in credits to use! It was so neat, and unexpected. He informed us of new games coming up and if we're interested? Really like the upselling on the game protective plan. Which we took. He did a superb job from the beginning of the sale to the end. They were busy, specially on a Friday. I didn't get his name but took a picture of him. The other gentle even assisted with opening the door for customers when they were leaving. Thank you for always providing great service and you two rock!

I was given an Xbox Elite 2 for Christmas that was purchased at Game Stop. Used it on Christmas day and one of the joysticks kept sticking. Move it right and let go and it would stay, it wouldn't re center by itself. So we went to Game Stop to get it replaced. At the store I was asked if the protection plan was bought, otherwise they couldn't exchange it. (which I think is BS). But the warranty was purchased. They pulled out another one and wanted to know if we wanted to purchase a one year protection plan. They said that once you return an item the warranty is void. WTF, when you pay extra for a protection plan it should be covered and you get a replacement for free. Total RIPOFF.I will never purchase anything from them again!!!!
