I took my wife here this morning right when they open since I was in the area for work. The moment we walked in, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. This wasn't our first time in the store so I told her we didn't because my wife knew where everything was. While she was shopping, I was just looking at watches to burn time and the worker asked if I wanted to try on any watches. My wife went to try on a shirt in the fitting room and then decided that she wanted to me to get it for her. Going through the checkout was easy, they don't use the credit card scanner anymore but used a wireless tablet or phone to complete the transaction. They had a lot of merch here and the store is well organized.

Sales representative is soo rude. When we ask a question, if the sales representative couldn’t respond in a proper manner and doesn’t know the answer, why the guess brand is hiring such a person who has no knowledge on it. And her rude behavior? Keep it to yourself… definitely a big no to this store.

Worst customer service ever. Me husband and my one year old baby went there on 29th December 2022 . They were not helpful in finding sizes and while my husband is in the fitting room one lady approached to me and my baby and said you should be the last one trying the clothes I was paying attention to the baby didn’t understand what she really meant . I should have asked y are you saying it to me ?. When we approach the cashier I was in a side and I told my husband to check on the discounts. The cashier lady was not friendly didn’t greet us. I will never go that store bunch of racist staff. Hope they will recruit more friendly staff in future.
