Awesome experience renting the vehicle for our family trip in So Cal. Pick was easy and smooth, and the car was nice and clean. Communication was above and beyond, and I will definitely be using them again on my next trip in town, hands down. You will not be disappointed.

First Turo experience was seamless and FS Enterprise was super accommodating the entire journey. Frederick and company respond immediately to any messages (questions, concerns, whatever), and all guidance/instructions from the beginning to the end of the rental are simply, yet thoroughly addressed via the app and notifications. This company works tirelessly for their client base, as evidenced by their genuine above-and-beyond approach. Mine was a cross country trip and any silly first-timer questions I had, whether arriving at airport > their private shuttle > private parking deck to retrieve car and vice versa, I was not only reassured, but they also followed up with me shortly after any correspondence to make sure all was good. Don’t even question using this company through Turo! Just book! One of the best customer service experiences in my life. Thank you guys for making my trip so smooth and for being so kind.

My wife and I were more than pleased with FS Enterprises and their great customer service. The vehicle was in excellent shape, performed well, and, when we had questions, the Ornelases responded immediately. Will use their service again and recommend it highly to anyone needing reliable transportation at a reasonable price.
