Positives:
- it's a gym with weights.
- it's never THAT busy so you can always hit something
Negatives:
- the water is not clean in the fountain and has been that way since I first signed up. I know that maintenance isn't exactly a gym's strong suit but hearing a trainer outright tell people that it's dirty and just accepting that that's the way it is, is kind of a sign of how things seem to work around here.
- I tried working with a trainer and had to find out that even the sessions they weren't scheduling me for were being billed. After 2 months and a total of 1 session, I had accumulated a bill of over $500. Wonderful!
- Regardless of the price, the trainer was difficult to schedule with, unprepared / lacked any sort of training plan, and never tracked anything as a progress metric. As a licensed nutritionist, I expected more health advice than "just stick to whole foods," but I digress.

I moved out of CA in November 2023. I went in person before I left, and an associate told me I was good to go, and that my membership would expire and would not be renewed after the month was up and that I did not need to do anything else to cancel it. Came to find out later they had kept charging me sporadically every few months since then, and since I disputed with my bank, they have been harass calling me non stop to try to claim that I have a membership to renew/to attend to or past dues even though their associate had assured me my membership was cancelled. Worst service and experience EVER.

Shout out to my boy Gus, not only was he an amazing trainer that helped with my fitness journey but he was always on top of the Gyms maintenance and cleanliness. Been here for a while and know I can always come back to new upgraded equipment and a fresh look with friendly staff. I appreciate you guys

Gus was super nice and courteous very professional. He was very helpful fixing my late payments and waived off charges n still let me continue using my membership without any hesitation. Thank you

Customer service needs some work. The staff welcome you yes but then they just sit there on their phones. I told them about the pulse meters not working on the recumbent bikes and they just gave me some lame excuses without even checking the machines. They didn't even move from behind the counter. The cost is good and the other customers are nice but the service...hmmm

Whoever is supposed to open is always late. Don't relay on this if you need to be on time. This has happen more often than not, especially if you're in a hurry.

Big and clean gym. The staff is nice and smiling. There is a lot of machines to exercise. Clean restrooms. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Nice gym, clean. Very friendly employees with a smile. Plenty of exercise machines. Clean bathrooms. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great gym for myself personally. I am not a try hard fitness dude so I go in get out. Usually not too busy and front desk isn't annoying (big + for my gf)

I enjoyed going to this gym until one of the employees threatened to cut my daughter's hair off in the child care center. He said he would only cut a little so her parents "wouldn't notice". My husband went down to the location to complain and we received no update on the matter. As far as I know no disciplinary action was taken against this employee. I'm not sure if this guy was trying to be funny or make a joke, but it was not taken very lightly as parents of young children. Ever since I have hardly gone because I don't feel comfortable leaving my children there and it's hard as a mom too find the time to go without kids in tow. That's why I chose this gym in the first place. So many other gyms still had their child care centers closed during covid and never reopened them. Fast forward to April 2023 and I have my third baby. I decide to send an email in August to cancel because I'm for sure not leaving my baby in their care. They have continued to charge me since then and now say I owe $402. It's ridiculous. Do not give this gym your money. And especially do not trust them to take your concerns seriously when it comes to child care. ?

Maintaining a regular fitness routine is very important at any age, and for young and old alike, you couldn't find a better health club to establish this habit. Super friendly & a knowledgeable staff, superb trainers, well maintained equipment, and it's open early to late to suit busy lifestyles. Please check this "right sized" gym out!

Locations was clean, not overly crowded solid machines and free weights. Easy to get a great workout. Friendly front desk. Good gym environment, and for the price you get an amazing bargain!
