Seems like the staff here do not like any customers. There is no one in the shipping place and if there is any staff close by and they see you, they make it seem like they’re busy. The staff have attitude and always deny next day shipping. I've gone to other FedEx facilities and they are able to do next day shipping but according to this FedEx they never have anyone available to drive to the destination no matter if you come in the morning or afternoon.

If I could give this 0 star I would. Awful customer service especially the old female employee with the blonde hair. She's very rude and unprofessional. This woman must be the manager because she wears her own clothes and not uniforms like the other employees. Worse Fedex I have ever been to. Go somewhere else.

It was my first time to come here for a printing need. Matt assisted me well. One cool thing is its workstation where one can email files to Fedex for printing or transfer laptop files to a USB like what I did. The printing turnaround is 24 hours. I needed 2 copies of a 104-page book, spiral bound and full color. Quite expensive at $100+ but the work is fast.

Terrible service! Avoid the old female employee with the red hair. She's very rude and unprofessional on top of being impatient. I was affixing a packing slip for my prepaid insured label and this impatient woman leans over to scan the label without asking me if I was ready or had any questions. As she leaned over I said I needed it weighed for the receipt. Her response was "oops too late". I asked if she could void and redo it and she said no. I explained the importance of the weight on the receipt, but she didn't care and became argumentative and rude. I said she shouldn't have been so impatient, but she continued to be rude. I asked for her name and she refused to say. I see now why every FedEx location has low ratings. It's because of people like her. This woman must be the manager because she wears her own clothes and not uniforms like the other employees. She is a bad example to the other employees for customer service and professionalism. After I left the location I called the recipient of the package who paid for the insured package to inform what happened because they required the package weighed at drop off. Do yourself a favor and use UPS or the USPS where they hire professionals who treat the customers with respect.

Stay away from Rob. Worst service and attitude I’ve ever experienced. He acts like he hates his job and his life. I agreed to everything he said with all his up charges, extra’s and rush fees. Then he said to come back in 5 hours at 6pm to pick up 25 black and white copies. I said that’s too late so his reply was “No deal. Next person” when there was nobody in line behind me. Rob wasted 35 minutes and accomplished nothing of value.

I come here all the time to print and ship documents for my notary business. This place is always clean and organized. The staff is always professional and courteous. Today I had to make a copy of a page that was larger than legal size. I was confused on what to do Alan and Matt went and above and beyond to help me

Today o needed assistance in using FedEx printers . I was lucky to receive great customer service from Alan . He was so very patient with me . I love going to this location because the employees are always so patient & helpful! I truly appreciate Alan today for all his help in navigating through using the machines . Thank you Jay

I can’t thank Adam, Jen & Rob more for the job they did printing my club’s program for a convention we had recently. Adam helped me find the most affordable price my non-profit had for our budget. And the programs turned out beautiful! I highly recommend asking for Adam if you need printing services done. I will definitely be coming back here for more projects.

Not transparent about charging me for pack and ship service. I came in about 12 min before closing. Ive already checked their websites for which boxes are offered there. While im packing the assistant manager asks me questions like, do you need a box? I can help you? Than tells me to bring it to the counter. After giving her the info she tells me the price. I make a remark about how expensive it is and than she says yea it's cause it's going across the country. Never once said Im going to charge you for pack and ship service which is 80% of the final cost.

Customer service here is great! I had canvas prints made for my dad’s funeral service. There was a mix up for my order and it was corrected immediately. Shout out to TJ for being patient and kind, and for expediting my order.

The customer service here is actually really good. All the people I've interacted with at this location are super friendly and helpful. With that being said, I'm really disappointed in the quality of the business cards I had ordered and received from this location. I had placed an order for pickup through Canva, so from then on that would leave the print site in charge of final product's quality. The trim on all sides were frayed, the colors were completely off from the original and the graphics weren't sharp. I would assume whoever packaged it would check the quality of the cards beforehand, but if this is acceptable to them then I wouldn't come back or recommend this location for business card printing.
