The service was poor! a guy who pretended to help was rude and unhelpful.
I am planning complete bathroom remodel and wanted to know about different products. He was rushing me to make a decision after talking about one item, stating, "Let me know when you figure out what you want," and walked away. My husband and I were extremely disappointed.
I will not be returning and would not suggest this place to anyone. Very disappointing experience.
I purchased my entire bathroom fixtures from another place with pleasant and helpful customer service.

I bought a whole new setup for my bathroom years ago and called in 2024 to see if they could pull up my receipt. Not only are their products impeccable but they gave me a full copy of my invoice from 2017! I've had my setup for seven years and I'm going to go back for my next bathroom and kitchen fixtures. I'm also going to upgrade to a smart toilet with them soon! Quality you can trust! So glad I found them!

So I've been using faucets & fixtures for over 10 years! The customer service of the team here is exemplary. Consulting with them on kitchens and baths has been my greatest pleasure. They answer the phone. They have every record of everything ever ordered. They call on warranty claims. Their showrooms are amazing. Anything you ever need. There products are solid brass, not some cheap plastic. So don't expect to Come here and buy other hardware stores junk. This is solid beautiful fixtures. They are located in Orange, Laguna hills, and Long Beach. Their warehouse is right in orange. So everything can be picked up right away once they are in. Everyone here is amazing. I'd hate to name one over the others cause I dig them all. Give them a shot at your design business. It will be a wow project when you're all done and be the envy of all your friends. Have fun shopping.

Its clear that each employee takes ownership when working with you so here's the shout out for John Moreno who could see I was waffling and continued saying "we'll take care of you" and he did. I needed some items quick turn and he found a way by going the extra mile. I obsoletely love this store sooo many items on display makes the buying process less stressful since you can see and touch the products. They offer products that are above big box store and Amazon quality so you know they will last. There are options from standard homes to high end luxury and their prices are very completive. Make sure you go in to the "shower" room and the kitchen faucet area they have multiple samples hooked up to water so you can see what would work for you. I was recommend to this store by multiple designers and friends and have been back several times

Great selection of high end plumbing fixtures and door handles. There showroom has been renovated and looks nice. Just make sure you bring a lot of cash with you because this stuff ain't cheap.

Bought a Santac Ava faucet from them in 2017, the hot water handle rusted off and broke. John Moreno was able to talk to Santac and get them to re-issue me a new handle free of charge even though the manufacturer thought it was not covered under "normal use wear and tear". Kudos to John for helping out and getting the replacement part under warranty even thought it was 6 years later!

First Todd was great in helping us purchase fixtures for our bathroom remodel. We needed faucets for tub, shower and sinks and let me tell you the California Faucets with the Bella finish were outstanding. Folks who worry about the price, which I did a little, can find comfort in the quality of the product. When you turn the faucets and hold the shower wand you know you are handling high quality products. My plumber said when installing these are VERY nice and you can tell they are high quality. I struggled with spending so much but now after multiple times using - this was a great choice over cheaper options. The job turned out great! Thank you all!!!!! Tip: it's going to take time to get your product so make sure you order as early as possible. We were fortunate that all material came in at the 4th week mark.

If you have good taste and are in need of bathroom fixtures, this place is incredible. Not Home Depot by any stretch of the imagination. Killer selection of tubs, sinks, toilets, faucets and fixtures. One of the coolest showrooms ever and very nice people.
