The staff was prompt and professional. Got my BMW's windshield replaced recently and the quality of work was as expected. George is great in communicating expectations. I was quoted $625 ($667 w tax) for the windshield and 2 hours of work, which there are cheaper options but it's always great to work with people I can trust; I generally don't mind heeding extra diligence and resources into my investments.

I took my car in for an estimate, was extremely satisfied with the quote and had my glass installed within a couple hours. The staff are extremely efficient, friendly and professional. I definitely recommend this shop!

Drove my daughters car for service and had the luck of a rock striking my kids Jeep. I didn't want to use her insurance and called around for OEM Mopar glass. Called Safelite and a few other and this shop had one Mopar Jeep glass in stock. 575.00. 300.00 dollars less most. Very good pricing and quick service, same day. If not using insurance this is the place to go.

Amazing! Described the problem with my driver side window, he gave me a quote based on my description of the problem. When I got to the shop the gentleman looked at it and said it was a common problem and fixed it for free!!!!! How often do you get good honest people like that. Thank you Expert Auto Glass!!!!

My car was broken into and I needed to replace one of the side windows. George quoted me a great price and sent a team to my office the same day. They finished in only 30 minutes and did a great job. I would highly recommend Expert Auto Glass.

credit where credit is due...i once was given to memorize the qualities that a scout was meant to embody: friendly, courtious, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean & reverent. as the risk of sounding corny, this is what i found in George, owner of Expert Auto Glass. i had a bit of a bad experience in initial communication which i found to be disappointing and was ready to turn around and try somebody else. George would have none of that and not only made every effort to win my business but came out and did the work himself! i simply couldn't have more respect for his business ethics! if you have auto glass issues, there is simply no other reason to go elsewhere (that is, if you live near Orange)!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I called at 11:30am on a Saturday, they had the glass in stock, brought car a bit after noon, walked a block up the street to a Mexican place for tasty lunch, walked back, played classic video games in the lobby for a bit, and they were done. New side quarter window and fixed a chip on windshield. Great job.
