Let me start by saying PLEASE DON'T LEAVE WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR EMAIL RECEIPT! ASK FOR A PRINTED RECEIPT INSTEAD. I was helped by Zach. I had a reserved rental through AAA. I asked for a mini van and there was an extra fee of $13.49 besides what the insurance was covering. He asked if $10/day would help instead of $13.49/day after I asked "what happened to" it's only an extra $7 more for a van when we talked over the phone!" I was happy that he was willing to bring it down to $10/day! He even told me to add their insurance on the rental for just that day and to call back and have it removed if AAA would insure the rental. He said they would refund it if that was the case. Well I did call AAA and I was told to have ENTERPRISE refund me for that insurance fee, I tried to get a hold of Zach twice and was unable to do so because they wouldn't pick up their phones. When I did get thru, Zach told me I needed to come back to their office and couldn't do the refund over the phone. I went the following day, I spoke to Zack and he assured me that he had refunded the Insurance charge for the rental! He said "I emailed you the receipt! before leaving the office. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED MY EMAILS! Zach NEVER refunded me for that insurance premium. In fact not only did he NOT REFUND ME for the insurance coverage which cost me $33.99 he ALSO charged me $13.49/ day for the rental! When I finalized the whole rental return I brought it up the enterprise employee who was working that day. He did refund me the $33.99 for the insurance but assured me that I was being charged the $10/day rental fee. The emailed receipt shows otherwise and the math adds up to $13.49/ day which is NOT what I agreed to with Zach. I tried calling twice and they don't pick up their phones. It would take another 20min drive just to talk to someone about the charges! I mentioned to Zach that I was going to buy a car sometime this year and would probably be checking with Enterprise 1st before heading to the dealerships. Given my experience I WOULDN'T BUY MY NEXT VEHICLE AT ENTERPRISE NOR would I RENT another vehicle AT THIS LOCATION BECAUSE I NO LONGER TRUST THEM!PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAILS AND ASK FOR A PRINTED RECEIPT INSTEAD!

Had a horrible experience with the customer service of this place. Perla was very rude when assisting me over the and was not helpful at all in helping me resolve my issues. Upon returning a rental I had simultaneously been persuaded into buying a car. I had mentioned returning the rental car first, but I was assured that can be done after I purchased a car. Since the whole process was rushed I wasn't able to get a good look of all the belongings i had to transfer over to my new car. I had left a key card in the side pocket of the door of the rental I had just returned, and had arranged to pick it up before the car was rented out to somebody else. I emailed Saturday night and got a response from Jackeline. The person who helped me Jackeline told me she had it in her possession and that I could come in to pick it up the next day. The card was a key for my parking garage and everyday that I didn't have it was an extra fee for parking overnight which had caused me much frustration. It'd been over two weeks of back and forth, and me coming in several times before I'd finally given up on it and purchased a new card in addition to all the parking fees that had accumulated. I thought that was the end of it but now I've receive a letter telling me to return the car that I've purchased, because the contract had been cancelled by the seller. And so I had mentally prepared and got all my finances in order to deal with this new development. However, when I called I believe it was Perla again who answered, was very dismissive with me and basically told me I can't return the vehicle despite the letter very clearly telling me "return the car immediately" So now this is what I'm dealing this and I'm starting to wish I never walked into this place. P.s if you buy a car from here make sure you don't fill out the survey until you are sure that you are satisfied with your service. It seems once they have that all etiquette and customer service go out the door.

Amin, Zach and the team here are all very awesome in taking care of the customer. I needed a loaner because Toyota had a recall on my SUV so Toyota of Orange (down the street) set me up here. Great customer service!

Best enterprise location in Orange County. I was in a car accident on the freeway (not at fault, I dunno...feels relevant), which led to my car being in the shop for 7 weeks. So I've been to several enterprise locations, swapping out cars for over a month and the Orange one has the best customer service and flexibility in regards to contract terms. You can tell they really care about customer satisfaction and do their best to help people out. I saw a few elderly people having trouble speaking on the phone with their insurance companies and the agents eagerly volunteered to talk to the phone on their behalf (special shout out to Zach, Tyler & nice blonde girl). I highly recommend this Enterprise location if you're looking for agents who value customers and conduct business in the rentor's favor.

1. Late for the pickup (waited over 35mins) from the body shop 2 car was horrible. Nissan something? Note thoroughly cleaned w a wiper missing from the rear. 3 charged me for the all the days after the initial day and didn't even reach out to my insurance company to get that extended. Still pending a refund back on the charge they made. No phone call returned..

I had a very positive experience with Issiah Prado at enterprise Rent-A-Car in Orange. Issiah was very professional and efficient. My week rental in a Chevy, Malibu was so easy because of Issiah. Customer service is a priority with Issiah. It was a delight to be well cared for and safe.

If I can give this place a negative star I would. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They take zero responsibility for lost items and I lost my glasses in their vehicle which cost me a pretty penny. I tried for weeks on end to retrieve my stuff. Week after week I called, only to finally reach almost 2 months and they told me that they held zero responsibility. 1000$ glasses down the drain because this company has zero to no customer service. Worst Rental Company, PLEASE AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Wow.. a great place to rent a car. In our travels we rent a lot of cars. We have used Enterprise on many occasions. This location was one of the best. The staff are friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. They found me a great car at a reasonable price. This is the place to rent a car.

Marina recently assisted me in obtaining a car from the location where she worked, and I do not have the words to adequately express my gratitude. She was knowledgeable about the car and really went out of her way to make sure all my questions were answered. On top of that, she was incredibly friendly and made the whole process so much smoother. I'm so glad I got to work with Marina - she's an amazing car salesperson!Marina has my family's highest recommendation.
