I pulled up out front on the street at 6:30 a.m., and a gentleman came out and told me to open up tarp and unstrap, and he'll be out shortly to unload. Shortly after I finished rolling up my straps, he came out and unloaded the trailer. In and out in 35 minutes. Nice people!!!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST!I've been working on re-roofing my home for the past few months. I must have talked to 30+ different roofers and suppliers in the industry over the past few months and nobody has been as awesome as Joe Abbate at Elite Roofing. I shopped around for two weeks to find the shop with the best inventory, customer service and pricing, and Elite was The Winner.As I tried to manage the demo of my old roof, city inspection and purchase and delivery and install, I had to go out of town for work and found myself in a bind. (My own fault). I went into the shop and JOE ABBATE went ABOVE AND BEYOND to do everything he could and turned what I thought was an impossible solution, into a possible reality. He saved the day and saved my timeline. And he totally didn't have to.When I thanked him and asked him how I could repay him, he simply said, "Hey man, no need to repay me! This is my job! I'm happy to help!"What a stud.Thanks guys! I'll forever recommend everybody I know to you <3

Went to the store purchased some brown shingles and ridglasses to match my roof, staff gave me the wrong color of the ridglasses, they gave me red instead of brown , brought back to the store and they wanted to charge me restocking fees, and said that there is no other way around it even though IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE, held me there for over an hour, missed the city inspection while 2 managers Joe socializing with each others about somebody else dog, ignored employee called for help with the return process. I Called and talked to Steve Whipple, the regional VP regarding their policy, Steve did not care much either and wasted almost 2 hours of my time. These peoples can careless about customer service, are rude, and very unprofessional, I totally feel IT"S A CULTURE THEREI never going back to this store. staffs are lazy, (2) Joe the manager, and Steve have no ability to resolve issues, are rude, unprofessional, careless about doing it right, and have no respect for anyone's time. Stay away, save yourself some headache.
