Mr. Jesse Aceves fixed our darkening shades efficiently and effectively. I’ve been here a few years now and he’s a professional and proficient in his line of work. His knowledge in every aspect of the apartment is impeccable. I like the fact that if he doesn’t have the answer to a maintenance issue, he doesn’t just make one up. He talks to his team and gets back to you in a timely fashion with the correct answer. Thank you Jesse.

Love this apartment! They have the most lovely staff, including people in the leasing office and Jesse, our technician.We’ve been here for over 2 years and have not found an apartment building with the level of professionalism as Eleven10. The structure of the apartments themselves are great, the amenities are awesome, and the overall day to day here feels like a home. Would highly recommend them.

This is a review for Jesse A., he helped us out with quite a few items over the years at the apartment. He has always been super professional and incredibly kind and patient. 5 out of 5 stars. He’s also very easy to talk to and has a smile on his face whenever you see him in the hallway.

Great amenities, stylish apartments, excellent leasing staff and a superb maintenance team. Everything we could ask for in a modern apartment complex. We've dealt with many complexes and this is a standout for level of service and professionalism. Alex, Sarah and Jesse are really the best and so helpful.

We've lived at Eleven 10 for over a year now, and we love it! All of the staff (in the office and the maintenance crew) are so kind and so helpful! They've always been so quick with any questions or maintenance requests. They always have fun community events with food and music, games, etc. We love the area and that it's close to mother's market and ralphs. We've always felt safe here, and the neighbors are nice!

Been living here for a few months now and my wife and I absolutely love it. The team here is extremely kind and very responsive. My boy Ralph is the best maintenance manager out there. He responds to maintenance tickets extremely quickly and is always happy to help. He’s a cool guy to chat with too. Highly recommend Eleven10!

Everything from the tour, application process, and move-in has been great. Alex, Sara and Paul have all been super helpful in making our move to Eleven10 so smooth. We had so many questions and all 3 of them were happy to help every time. The handyman, Ralph, has also been super quick in terms of fixing things around our apartment. We look forward to the rest of our stay here and appreciate the Eleven10 team so much!
