Sales associate, Connie, was extremely unprofessional. I'm not sure if it was just a bad day or that time of the month. She needs to be taught how to talk to people. I have never experienced someone so rude and oblivious to what's going on. Ecco shoes... DO BETTER!!!

The best place to buy shoes in Orange County!I brought two little kids in, a shoe stores dream I’m sure ?. Toni was extremely patient, helpful, and went the extra mile helping my wife and I with finding the perfect shoes for us.We love Ecco shoes and now love the employees of this store!

THIS ECCO SHOES STORE IS USING SNEAKY SALES TACTICS: I bought three pairs of shoes from this store. The sales rep. didn't mention one of the pairs of shoes is in the FINAL Sale and has no return exchange. That pair of shoes is for my son, and it was a little too big. I returned it to the store to exchange it for a smaller pair. The owner/manager refused to exchange it. She stated it was a FINAL SALE and no exchange nor refund. I pointed out that was nothing said or shown that the final sales could not be exchanged or refunded. The receipt stated I had thirty days to return/refund if not worn. She just walked away and ignored us. Very rude lady. No more ECCO shoes for me and my family.

The manager Lolly didn’t exchange my shoes that I got as gift for another one more expensive even I saying I was going to pay the difference on the price. That’s ridiculous!!! Never going to buy this brand anymore.

If I could give in 0 stars I would. Rude, unhelpful manager. I didn't get her name but she'a Filipino or something with short straight hair. The one in charge for returns gives you the worst attitude ever. Been to the store twice this week and she had the same rude attitude! Also, i walked in and waited over 10 minutes at the front desk and nobody greeted me or helped me until I asked if there was anyone who can help me. Will never be going back to that location anymore.

I love ECCO shoes, they are elegant and extremely comfortable. Being a flight attendant working long haul international flights; they are the only shoes I have been wearing at work for over 26 years. I used to buy them at Macy's but then I discovered the Outlet Stores. In the past I always received great customer service at this outlet store but today their attitude took me aback. They were aloof and condescending. Nobody welcome me even though I was the only customer there at the time. The young lady I approach and asked for my shoe size even told me "like I told you before" during our conversation, which I found extremely rude. I couldn't believe it! Only the manager approached me to see if I was doing well or needed anything while I was trying shoes, but the other employees ignored me completely however I couldn't avoid listening to one of the staff loudly complaining to the manager about "how complicated is the pricing for the ladies' shoes". I even had to call on them to help me to pay after standing for a while at the cashier's area, with my box of shoes on hand. I know they probably don't give a damn about good customer service since their product sells by itself but I had to share and warn everyone about what to expect nowadays with the current staff.

I worked in retail for many years, so I highly appreciate a well kept and friendly store. I had a great experience here buying some high end boots. The shoes are pricey, but you're paying for luxury. There are great sales codes and the staff was very nice showing us how to get the best deal. All the ladies working that day were so friendly and professional. I'd definitely shop here again. I am so happy with my new boots.
