Brought my English Bulldog here for an eye infection and itchy ears. The staff is great, Dr Yoo is great, and there are lots of dogs to interact with. Really like this vet clinic.

I'm giving a two so far. About a week ago I took my English Bulldog in for a tail amputation and eye surgery. I paid about 3000. It was expensive but seemed like the doctor was good, and he talked to me by phone to explain everything. The problem is post op. I talked to a nurse, not the vet who did the operation. She did not provide clear information about care and what to do if there were problems, other than to go to my nearest animal hospital. No one followed up until three days later when an assistant called me. . I noted that things were okay but I was concerned about my dog not pooping. She said keep an eye on it and she would make sure to follow up and call me the next day. She did not. I have the feeling that this place is like the others: a factory for making money. They seem to rush everything and limit contact with the vet and assistants. It's like they are on a clock and counting time and money. I didn't get a sense of any concern about my dog after serious surgery. What does it take to make a follow up call, especially when you promise to do do? They didn't seem worried about the outcome of their care. That's a red flag.

I've been taking my Bulldog here for over a year and just discovered this place is a rip off. Dr Kramer has his own line of shampoos and products for bulldogs which are available at their office and online. My last visit they recommended that I use one of his shampoos on my dog which they charged me $49 for. After going on their website I see they have the EXACT shampoo size and everything listed for sale for just $24!! I called in thinking I was just over charged but was told their office pricing is different and that they tell customers it's better to purchase online. I was NEVER told that. What a scam to charge your customers double the price after they already paid $80 just for an office visit to see you. I feel your in person customers should be treated better. They didn't offer to do anything for me just the price is what it is. I have since changed Vets and am going to a different bulldog specialist, luckily Dr. Kreamer isn't the only bulldog vet. I Will never be back at this office ever. Very greedy and untrustworthy and should be avoided as they clearly don't care about their customers just the $ going into their pockets.

This has got to be one of the best places I’ve ever took my puppy. The staff is not only so patient and polite, but they take the time to explain all the details to you even if you asked them twice. The doctor was very respectful, very patient and answered all questions we had and gave us the answers we were looking for. I would recommend this place to any of my family members.

I "inherited" this vet when I rescued my bulldog (from an awesome organization). They got her records transferred to me in no time and set up an appointment for some shots and medications she needed. They had seen her from the beginning and everyone in the office knew her and was so kind. I would recommend to anyone but for Bulldogs they are the best.

I've been waiting a couple of weeks to post this review but feel as though I have to sooner rather then later in case the same thing happens to another bully liver. First of all I have been bringing my bulky here since she was a puppy.... not sure if it's the change in staff or what but since my first visit 4 years ago this place has gone pretty much downhill and all about money. My dog has been really sick lately and I have left multiple messages at Dr. Kreamers office to set up an appt. when I I finally hit a hold of someone (not a call back) I let them know how upset I was because my bully had gotten progressively worse by the time I had initially left a message. I was told to bring her in and that she had an ear infection and maybe an allergy. So I spent about $900 (probably would have been less if I got a call back 2 weeks prior)..... very next evening my dog became very weak and shaky. Dr. Kreamers office was now close. I took her to a 24 animal hospital in Pasadena (that doesn't specialize in bulldogs) and after they listened to her breathing, they performed an X-ray and discovered she had pneumonia...she stayed there for 3 days and is doing much better. We may have spent more money at the 24 hr hospital because of the overnight stays, but have now switched to their clinic regularly. Dr. Kreamer and his team should have caught this and listened to her chest the day before when they seen her but because they added her that day (because of my complaint of no call back) and rushed her appt. my baby could have died. Seriously, don't go to a place just because they say they specialize in that breed. Try other avenues. This new clinic actually called us to make sure she followed up a week later and still found she needed more treatment after another X-ray just to be on the safe side. Excellent staff and I can speak to a live person 24 hrs.... If you have been a longtime client of Dr. kreamer and noticed a change in staff or service, you are not alone. Find another vet for your bully!
