Anthony arrived on time at 10am as scheduled (no 5 hour arrival windows here !), was friendly and professional, and got the job done. Communication was great via phone and text, you even get a picture of the Tech before he arrives.
We've used Done-Rite before and they always have been top notch. Cost was absolutely reasonable, too. Quality is not cheap, but you get great value from Done-Rite!

I've been using DoneRite Plumbing for the last four years in my real estate profession, and they've handled around 20 different jobs for me. It's essential to have a reliable, speedy, and licensed plumber who guarantees their work, and DoneRite does it right the first time—every time. From main lines to hydro jetting, permaliners, and horizontal boring for a new main water line, they've done it all for me.
Their professionalism, speed, and efficiency are unmatched. When I'm under tight time constraints, they always come through. I've even had the owner, Logan, Danny and Christian have always been extremely helpful professionals! The entire team is top-notch—Tiffany, the receptionist, is amazing, and Dee, the manager (or maybe owner?), has always gone above and beyond, especially with difficult clients. They make every job a breeze.
I can't recommend Donerite Plumbing enough—five out of five, ten out of ten. This is the team you want on your side!

Great company! Found them on Yelp with 4.8 star rating for urgent management of a water leak from water heater. Anthony Navarro was fantastic! Prompt response, showed up on time, reasonable, fixed price with no upsell and efficient repair. Can’t ask for more. Will definitely use again for any future plumbing issues.

What a relief this plumbing issue is resolved. I called this morning and was giving an appointment at 12noon. Logan texted that he could be there by 11:30am. Great. He arrive a little early. We discussed the issue that I was sure there was a toy car stuck in the drain. After pulling up hair, Logan kept looking. He was able to get out a Lego and two toy cars! (The plumber I used before said it was just the hair.)

I had a leak under the kitchen sink that was waiting to become a bigger issue, after looking through reviews online I decided to contact Done Rite and they were able to send someone out the same day, which was extremely convenient. Sean, my technician, arrived promptly and after looking at the leak was able to come up with a solution effectively. After getting a quote, he went straight to work and was able to fix the leak/drain/pipe within the hour. I appreciated everything about my experience with Sean and Done Rite Plumbing
