Pizza was good, it was a little burnt but my kids we're hungry so I didn't want to complain, Maybe I'll get a discount next time. I prefer Domino's over Pizza Hut....

Ordered online for curbside pickup. The tracker said my order was ready at 6:30. At 6:32 I checked in and waited. At 6:38 I finally went inside and was told my food was just finishing up. The heavy set male working didn't have a name tag but was extremely rude. Makes me not want to visit the store again.

Ordered 1 pizza & a side via app.30 min wait time became 70.Order showed completed on tracker so I walk in to pick up and -surprise- it’s not actually ready. Waited another 5min inside, still not ready.Yikes.

I tried the Veggie pizza and I'm not fan of veggies but this one was delicious one of my top favorites now. Service is great as well. Thanks!Vegetarian options: Best vegetarian pizza ever!

So I placed an order on 11/10/2023 for 2 pizzas and garlic knotts. The garlic knotts were full of oil and they burned my bacon on the pizza. I called the store and they said to call and I will have a credit for the entire order. I called on 11/14/2023 and they are now saying I don't have any credit and are expecting me to pay in full. This is absolutely ridiculous as far as customer service goes and over all experience.

Ordered through the app. Took forever. Tracker went from "quality assurance" to "delivered" (never "out for delivery" or "on the way") after about 45 minutes. When I checked the front door, there was no delivery. It took me 15 minutes in the useless app to even find out which store made the order and didn't deliver it. So I finally called the store for a refund. The first lady I spoke with was so slow a challenged that she could not even retain two letters or numbers in a row to look up my order by name, number or address. It was like talking to a brick wall. I asked to speak with somebody who could understand me. The next person was no better and just responded "ung" to everything I said. I asked to be connected with someone else and finally a lady came on who was competent and refunded my order. This took 30 minutes end to end. Order from another store directly and save yourself the frustration with the app which is designed to make it hard for you to contact the store that made your online order.

Order a pizza and some specialty chicken from this place. I drove to the store to pick it up myself, because 8/10 times the pizza would cold as ice.Now that I come to pick up my pizza, I have to wait 15 mins for it to just sit on the rack. The lady in the store said "I'll be with you in a second", but then i processed to 15 mins. Why did I wait 15 mins? To pay for my food that was already getting cold in the windowTerrible customer service, I'm all for supporting the people that work in the service industry but this was poor customer service. I only got help because other people walked into the store, I could see myself waiting another 10 at the rate they were going. There was 6+ employees and not one could take a second (which it literally took for me to pay). Might as well get a frozen pizza from Albertsons that down the street.

I placed an order since 7 pm and it's 9 pm and I called the shop and my order isn't on the system it magically disappeared to outer space I think because they couldn't find it. I think they should have people with computer knowledge taking orders because the person who took my order didn't place it correctly. So disappointed about the service.

I wish I could continue patronizing this Domino's, but I do not think I have the true grit anymore. Sometimes the pizza is good, and sometimes the pizza gives my innards a bad case of the gaseous wiggles. One pizza had my GI tract torn plum out the frame for an hr. I did not even want to risk a sip of water.The main gripe I have with this location is that the pizzas are seldom sufficiently sliced. The slices should be easy to separate by hand. I do not want to rip my pizza apart like a bald eagle snacking on salmon. I want my pizza to put up as little resistance as possible. Sorry Domino's, I just do not have the p*** anymore.

My pizza says it came out of the oven over an hour and a half ago on the tracker, but still not been delivered. Can't get through to customer service, who keep hanging up before I can even tell them what I'm calling about for some reason.And the people at the store just immediately pass you off to customer service.Actually pizza just arrived - after 2&1/2 hours looking cold and sad...see photo.I'm done with Dominoes. Closing my account, and Deleting the app.

Always online order! Park in one of the curbside pickup spots and flash your lights. They hustle your order out to you, Zoom. Be aware, if there's a big sports event going on, you're gonna wait a while past the time app says it will be ready tho. And if it's busy, walk-in customers get very cranky when they are told it's gonna be a while.
