Kirk and team did an excellent job. They were very communicative and texted all tear down photos as well as shots during and after work. Upon completion there was an incorrect part installed by mistake and they turned around and fixed quickly. Also, I didn’t catch a small issue in the paint but they did and scheduled another day for them to fix. It takes a lot of character to highlight their own mistake (at pretty high cost to them) and take care of the customer (instead of hoping they won’t notice). Very high quality work, communication, and very trustworthy! Highly recommend.

Kirk and his whole team are amazing. Brought in my car and this was a jaw dropping experience from the great detailed communication to the execution of the car repair. I will recommend this place for the rest of my life and have my family when needed come here. Side note my father talked with them as well and told me they were so nice and also agrees with me that the repair process was top tier. Kirk - thank you so much!!

My model S was scratched, and from my previous experience with repairing a Tesla in other shop I thought it's gonna take another 4 months too. But no, it only took 3 week (including holidays) which surprised me with their work efficiency. 10/10 for Kirk, great communication, updating my car's status with me on every step. Highly recommend this place for Tesla repair.

My car needed repair and Kirk was awesome. His customer service sills were awesome. His attention to detail, his explanation of what needs to be done, and his follow- through is excellent. I was informed what what was being done with my car every step of the way and he even took the time to send pictures (lots of it). Very responsive! I picked up my car earlier than expected and he called, left a message and even texted. I got my car and the repair work from that shop was excellent- I'm very happy with the finished product. I highly recommend this shop.

5 stars customer service to Kirk at Diamond Hills in Orange. He originally managed and ultimately exceeded my highest expectations. He sent update photos during the repair process and offered a test drive when I came to pick up. They do not rush their Tesla certified process, but the quality of the repairs from what I can tell so far was well worth the wait.

Great customer service, they were transparent and communicated with me throughout the process. I worked with them over a year ago and had some various inquiries recently and they were still very responsive and helpful. Thanks Jay! I will keep their contact for future use or referral to friends and family. They know their stuff, especially when it comes to Tesla.

Apologies, this review is long overdue for the exceptional staff at Diamond Hills Collision Center. My Tesla Model S has been a magnet for those who are in desperate need of drivers training at late. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to meet the key members of the 5 Star staff at DHCC. They repaired our baby to showroom quality and addressed our every concern with the utmost esteem and understanding. Special thanks to their Mgr Rey, who assisted us through the entire repair process and "got 'er done"; DHCC's Senior Tech "Dieu their Tesla Guru" who knows and can fix anything Tesla, and the heart of DHCC Jenny who directed and kept us abreast, throughout the entire process! It’s been four months and they said that my car is not placed on a fixed bench yet and that there’s one car in front of my car. Consider other shops if you need to get it done sooner.

I hate to bring down the 5 star party but my experience with Diamond hills, and Kirk in specific, make it impossible for me to give these guys a good rating. At first all seemed to go smooth until Kirk couldn't get in touch with my insurer's adjuster. Rather than finding other ways to make it happen he pulled my car out of production and I lost maybe 3-5 weeks on that alone. All that needed to be done was call the insurer and ask to speak to a different adjustor. That didn't happen. My repair for a basic collision was 10 weeks as a result. Kirk initially said it would take close to a month. When I got my car back I didn't realize that they also failed to replace PPF on one of the panels. The paint on that panel chipped instantly, which hasn't happened anywhere else on my car. Makes me wonder about the quality of their painting. But I reached out to him several times to find out how I go about getting the PPF replaced, as it was covered. Crickets. Will see how management deals with this as I am at the end of my patience with them. Consider other places if time, quality and responsiveness are important...

Jay over at Diamond Hills Collision was great! Although I wasn't really kept up to date with the repair, I called in on a weekly basis to check in myself. And when I called Jay, he was super informative and helpful. He answered all the questions and concerns I had and made the entire experience easy. I picked up my car this past Friday and my trunk lid had a wide gap on the drivers side compared to the passenger side. I called Jay when I got home to Long Beach and I called to arrange for the shop to adjust it. I will be going in today for that.Services: Body & Trim
