I just want to thank Kaizen for the repairs they did on my car. Jonathan & Deana deserve all credit in the world; Upon arrival, their hospitality, communication and genuine care for their client is what makes Kaizen the standard. I had damage to my driver side fender, front bumper and tire rim. Jonathan gave a fair estimate then gave me daily updates on how the repair was looking. After having my car for less than a week, I got my car back washed, detailed and looking brand new. It’s a stressful process to find a good body shop, that will fairly price you and provide excellent communication but I highly recommend Kaizen because of Jonathan’s professionalism and hard work. Thank you guys— thank you Kaizen.

100% satisfied with the Kaizen team! Easy to set a drop off time, was met in the front office in a timely manner, friendly knowledgeable estimator, rental car pick up was set for me, short wait time, rental folks have a two way relationship with Kaizen.
On time and frequent status updates, full understanding of the flow within their repair stations, car was clean and upon pick up, sincerely cared that my time was valued. I think the secret is this shop is not a mass production shop that takes on more than they can handle, they've been in the business for a long time and they take pride in handing off good workmanship. Thank you Kaizen!

I was blown away by the customer service, attention to detail, and communication at Kaizen in Orange. They took great care of my vehicle throughout the repair of the bumper, and even washed it before I picked it up the same day. They were very transparent and honest with the quote, explaining what they could do in terms of the repair and how they were going to do it. I'd recommend Kaizen to anyone!

Unfortunately I was involved in a hit and run, my insurance company recommended this auto repair shop for me and I was so glad with this choice! I had a budget my insurance company provided and Fernando, who took care of my car, really respected that budget and aimed to look for all car parts needed to repair my vehicle within the price point given. My car looks better than it did before it got hit- they really cared about details. The team at Kaizen kept me updated regularly about what my car needed, how much it was going to cost and the time it was going to take to fix. Great service and great job!

Had some repairs done by Deshler's Collision Repair. They were highly recommended and I fully believe a great company. They have since been purchased by Kaizen Collision Center and they sure are not what Deshler's was. The repair that was done has failed and I was given every excuse in the book as to why there isn't any warranty on the work. I am certain that Deshler's would have stood behind their work. Kaizen tells me to pound sand. Unethical company, avoid Kaizen all all costs.
