My mother took her car here for a recall so could she could get it fixed. They took an extra day to give it back and when they did my mom noticed that the steering wheel was side ways, she thought it was parked wrong when they gave it to her. She drove back home and noticed then that car was going to right and the steering wheel could not be positioned properly. I call the dealership to let them know and the person that I talked to told to take it back so they could check and fix it. However, when she got there and Jose ( the person who helped us before) drove the car, he said that it was not something they did, that it just happened that she needed to change a part that was making the steering wheel go sideways. Seriously!!!!! The car was perfectly fine besides the recall before and now she has to spend money to get fix. Shame on you!!!!

My experience was absolutely awesome. I’m always worried about being taking advantage of when buying a car… not at Villa Ford. Brandon Posney took care of me and was so helpful and transparent throughout the process of buying this vehicle. I felt at ease from start to finish, and it was 100% to do with Brandon’s integrity. This review is for Brandon Posney - Sales Manager of Villa Ford. Came in looking for a base Ford Maverick XL hybrid. In the market they are hard to come by without any markups. We came and left as they only had higher trim models but was stopped by Brandon telling us they had a showroom model in the base XL hybrid trim that will be coming in 1-2 weeks. He took my info and confirmed this was on hold for us. Gale from Client care also texted us to confirm they would notify us when it comes in.
No one ever reached out so I contacted Brandon directly which he told me it should arrive the next day AFTER I reached out to them. So the day after comes, has me start the financing application only to call and tell me AFTER they can’t sell that model because there’s a recall. But insisted on trying to sell me a higher trim XLT with markup.
They made no effort to fix the issue. Brandon just said nothing was in writing so his word meant nothing. Even told me I won’t be able to find a base model XL hybrid anywhere. Thankfully I called around and found one at Ken Grody Ford in Buena Park. Told them my situation and they took care of us! Save your time and effort and go to Ken Grody Buena Park.

Took my truck in to get a check engine light fixed through my extended warranty qnd they diagnosed a fuel injector. At first they couldn't find the problem and called to charge me an additional $195 on top of the original $195 to diagnose even though that wasn't something explained or agreed upon when signing. Doesn't say anything in the paper work. So I asked to speak to a manager and they offered to waive the extra hour. Then when they found the issue they said I'd have to pay more than my deductible. I called my warranty company and they told me that they cover based on national standard labor guides and thar this dealer was trying to claim it cost more. So I was stuck either paying the original $195 and taking my truck elsewhere and still paying my deductible at a new shop or staying here and paying above my deductible to fix my truck. I negotiated the price down a little. However, at pick up, the service advisor was very standoffish. It was uncomfortable. So the vallet grabbed my car and brought it up, and I just got in and left because I was so uncomfortable. My trucks gas tank was empty, so I stopped by the gas station next door, and I noticed wires dangling by my feet. I checked it, and my OBD cable was disconnected from some other port that was dangling above in the dash. So I went back to have them look. My advisor was with a customer, so the service manager ( I assume as he was at the very end dressed in a different uniform) came to look. He argued that he had no idea what it was that it was some after market part and when I got up in there to take a picture it was the Smart Data Link Module ( a Ford OEM part). He argued that it was like that when i came in, and I was very adamant that it wasn't. I argued, "How can i check a code with my reader if it was disconnected when I brought it in?" It was very ridiculous that he would argue with me about this. Why would I drive with wires down by my feet, and he didn't have an answer to why the tech pulled it out and unplugged. He said he would ask the tech when he saw him tomorrow but then sent me a text message later saying the tech was off today... Then immediately after I got a close out take a survey text. Convenient. I was pretty stressed all night about it and then checked my car this morning to make sure nothing else was wrong and saw a big scrape on my passenger side door handles and a little on my door. Looks like someone scraped by it or it possibly scrapped by something else and a rubber gasket is now popping out of the door handle. My wife even confirmed that wasnt there before. I know that if I go back they're just going to argue with me and say it was there before or happened within the 24 hours of me picking it up because that's exactly what they did with the wiring. I would not recommend this place to get your vehicle serviced. I don't understand how they have 4.4 stars here on google because it doesn't not reflect their true service. Their yelp review is definitely more accurate. I wish I wouldve listened to that instead..I wouldn't have a more damaged vehicle and less money in my bank account if I had. Do not get your vehicle serviced here.
