I want to update my review as I'm know using their pharmacy, and honestly, I have nothing but good things to say about them. I've found the techs to be friendly and helpful, but also very efficient. I was a little disappointed today that 3 prescriptions were called in by my Dr and only 2 were ready to be picked up. Turns out, one of them can't be filled until I ask for it. Not their fault, just the way it is. They said it would take about 15 minutes. I decided to go walk through the Village Mall (which is closing) to kill the time rather than shop. When I got back, the line was pretty long, but I was amazed at how fast it moved. Granted, it all depends on how many questions/concerns the customers in front of me have, but I feel like I've had to wait super long. It helps that smart phones are now available to help pass the time. One thing about the store, the have to lock the bathroom now so you need a code. Kind of a pain, but from a loss prevention standpoint, I completely understand. Also, the lottery machine seems to break down a lot. Again, not a bad thing as the chances of winning is about as great as me playing the Super Bowl so they saved me some $$$. I am going to vent about the stock photos corporate likes to upload. The picture with the dog in front doesn't even come close to looking like this CVS pharmacy. I actually checked into the wrong location first because the address was similar, and they all had the same pictures.

Been waiting on the phone for the Pharmacy for 37 minutes. They picked up the phone then hung up. I called back, waited another 20 minutes, same thing, they hung up. I guess they would rather let my 89-year-old Mother die than help.

Been going to this CVS location for many years. It's really getting run down and very tired looking. Carpet desperately needs to be replaced, as well as everything else updated. Parking here is always a bit of a challenge. Trader Joe's is right next door and they seem to monopolize most of the available parking spots. Also, make sure to be prepared to use your aggressive driving skills to navigate getting in or out of a parking spot. It's absolutely crazy in that lot. Other than that, you can expect to find all the necessary items you typically find in a CVS.

I was motivated to review this CVS after encountering Tia earlier this week. She was so helpful with checking in the back and directing me where I needed to go. Give her a raise! Also, 4 stars because ultimately they didn't have what I needed, which was Children's McDerma.

Worst Pharmacy I have ever been to.... customer service is a joke! Came in as a new member and the person behind the counter essentially told me he didn't know how to enter me into the system so I was better off going to the CVS across the street. Realizing that I was about to go off, the only pharmacist ran up and offered to assist me with entering my information into the system. Granted he helped but he was snarky, rude and seemed like I was a burden to him. He then advised that he was the only one working so it would be about 2 hours so I advised I would leave and come back in 2 hours. 4 hours later I return and the pharmacist rudely states that because I said I was going to leave, he didn't bother to start my RX and it would be another 45 minutes. I'm liiiiiivid at this point because it shouldn't take this long for one RX and no apologies given or kindness shown. Once I received my Rx the pharmacist rudely handed it over and said "Thank you" to which I simply ignored because I was so done with this CVS. As I walk away I hear, "ya ur welcome" and I turn around and say "I'm not" and keep it movin. Same day I followed the original employees suggestion and transferred my RX to the CVS down the street. So long story short..... unless ur dying and it's the only pharmacy within a 10000 mile radius AVOID!!!

My prescriptions were sent over 2.5 hours before I showed up. I was told it would take 10 minutes and they were expediting my fills. Five minutes later another lady comes in to pick up her prescriptions and is told they will expedite her fill. They immediately fill her prescription and I am left sitting here. I will be changing where I get my prescriptions filled.

I just had a poor experience with the manager at this CVS regarding their photo developing machines. The customer service was not what I would expect from this CVS.

This always screws up my prescription. I'm not sure what to say. Nice people behind the counter are nice but I probably will not be returning.

They are always very helpful/quick and Ron is the nicest pharmacist! Always has a huge smile on and asks about how my family and I are doing every time. Even when I moved away he would ask about me and tell my mom to send warm wishes. I really appreciated the genuine care and interest.

Like previous reviewers mentioned, dealing with this pharmacy makes you want to be prescribed additional medication just to deal with them. It's true, the bald guy gives you an attitude and give you a dirty look even if I try to greet him with a pleasantry. He looks and acts like there's always something stuck up his ass. He never says thank you and thinks he's doing me a favor. He should work at a place like DMV if he hates his job and people so much. Rest of store employees are ok, but the pharmacy side makes you forget that you're an customer in here, much less a valued one. Whatever happened to customer service these days?? This dude is a poster child of why retail should become automated so we don't have to deal with imbeciles like him.

Worst cvs ever! The app is even worse. It never works! They take for ever, then they fill the wrong prescription!! Or they auto fill the one that I never want refilled. This place sucks!!!

Another great experience here. The pharmacy staff is amazing. I needed to pick up medications for my sick doggie which they didn't carry. I was offered great information by the girl who would have filled my prescription if it was available. This is a great place for people to go if they want to be treated kindly, and given a lot of information no matter how busy they are. Great staff thank you!!

Had a precsription transferred to this location from another CVS. Rude dude on the phone tried to say it wouldnt be available for 2.5 hrs! I drove to this location ask if there is any way to expedite the prescription. Nice gentlemen asks the pharmacist if they could expedite since I had already waited 1.5 hrs. Nice dude then gets chewed out in front of customers by a cranky ass balding co-worker. Completley unrpofessional and uncalled for. My guess is this was the same guy who the other CVS spoke to and said was rude. Never again.
