Made on line appointment for covid booster. Arrived 5min before the scheduled time. Nice, No one else was waiting. A staff asked the vaccine card with cold voice tune and no eye contact. I handed it to her. Then waiting, no conversation, no questions/answers, no phone calls comingin, nothing, just waiting silently ...next person came, another one came. I asked their appointment time, half hour after mine. So I approached the lady to ask how long I still need to wait, what we are waiting for. She didn't lift her head, said "today we are very busy." I got confused, told her when I came no one was here waiting, why it took so long to get ready. The answer was you will be the 1st one get the shot before others. Hey I'm not asking I should get it before these 2 people. Though their appointment time already past. When the vaccine was in the syringe, I'm kind of concerned, isn't it booster doze? Should have second person review or verify? Anyone knows the regulations? I told her i don't understand why I'm not welcome here for the shot. Still don't know till now. I left with bad feeling but I remembered her name Ashley Ageno. Regretted for going this place.

This pharmacy has provided my husband and I with the most efficient drugstore experience we've ever had. Several times now, we have received texts ten minutes after the pharmacy received our prescriptions letting us know that our prescription was ready for pickup. When one of my prescriptions was no longer being covered by my insurance, the pharmacists asked me if they'd like them to contact my doctor for a replacement prescription and then had that new prescription ready to go just a few minutes later. I am so pleased with the service we receive here!

Do not come here if you are COVID testing for travel purposes! I repeat DO NOT come here! I've been going back and forth with them since May trying to get a refund when they did not honor test results within 72 hours (a requirement for Hawaii travel at that time). Numerous calls back and forth saying they had terms and conditions that I agreed to when I took the test to they are exempt by the government from delivering timely test results. Whatever it is, they were approved by the state of Hawaii as a testing facility to provide results within their timeframe of 72 hours and should abide by those rules or else don't falsely advertise it. Now I'm out $135!!

I had a Great experience at this location. My prescription was done when I got there within 30 minutes. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and thorough with instructions on how to take my medication. Thanks for the friendly and speedy service.

i love going to cvs. whether it is to get medication or to just get posters for a project. which gets done easily. it's usually clean and gets restocked. i've been to other cvs stores and they've been ok. my favorite times to come here are after valentine's day when the candy is on sale. it's great for late nights when i'm out with my friends. i never really have a problem feeling sketched out that i'll get kidnapped or abducted like other drugstores. i will definitely be coming back!

We live very close and my whole family goes here for our non-mail order prescriptions. We are happy with the service and it seems like there's more ways to access compared to rite aid, that we previously went to. Over the last few years their staff have been friendly and helpful.

Probably the worse boondoggle of customer service and pharmacy practices known to man. If you can take your scrip somewhere else, I wools highly advise it. Stay away! not worth one star

The first time I've ever been to the CVS to drop off a prescription I stood in line for 25 minutes just to drop off a piece of paper when finally I had to ask if somebody else could help me finally the pharmacist said I was going to help you right now why didn't you help me 25 minutes ago since the other lady didn't know what she was doing? I work in the medical field terrible service. Don't recommend. People were leaving in line ahead of me because they took so long.

Not very friendly staff. Had an appointment in the morning for shots at the pharmacy and called will be late but refused to accept and just reschedule. Informed the person on the phone am being treated in a clinic across the street but couldn't give an answer and placed on hold. Arrived at the pharmacy and the person who provided the service was not really accomodating and not friendly at all. Not a good place to get your meds

The male pharmacy technician who applied vaccination was not really accomodating and eager to provide service. Had to ask more information on the medication. 😠👎

I have been in a constant battle with cvs on Chapman and esplanade. They messed up my prescription and haven't been able to get a refill since Aug of last year. I called last weekend and there response was, "call Monday to follow up with the manager." I decided I am done. I'm switching my prescription to the Target Cvs that just opened on Chapman. I explained to them everything that has been going on and I am getting no where. 2 days they have had my prescription and they finally got it resolved. In 2 days. They personally called me to tell me I am now able to get my prescription and everything is good. Guys, I have been going to the cvs pharmacy on Chapman and esplanade since I was 14 yrs old. I am really upset that this is how they treated me and I am now giving my business to the Target Pharmacy. I was so thrilled and happy they took care of me. I litterally thanked the pharmacist like a hundred times. Never have I felt like I was being put first when it comes to my prescription and they filled it correctly. So move your prescriptions to the Target pharmacy. That's all I'm saying. Plus it's nicer and you can go shopping.

I recently relocated from my CVS in Ladera Ranch to this location because they were able to accommodate my need for a very difficult medication. Ashely ordered several months supply just so I won't have to worry about the availability at the time for refills. She was so helpful in coordinating the transfer of both mine and my husbands medications from Ladera Ranch to the Orange store as well as being very courteous and professional. The store is very clean and Ashley has made it a welcoming experience! ( :

The pharmacists here are extremely cordial and helpful. It is a new store and very clean. It is a small store, though, with limited staff. When only one person is working, he/she can only do so much. In my opinion, the pharmacists work quickly and professionally. It is the fault of CVS management, NOT the pharmacists, that sometimes there is a wait. Maybe as the store gets busier, staffing will improve.

Manager is unprofessional and definitely not customer oriented.
