Expect to spend atleast 1 hr for a simple pickup. Choose a different CVS and save some of your precious time. The staff is untrained and will keep asking each other what to do until they decide how to checkout a medicine.

I was worried about using this pharmacy because of the reviews, but I just filled 2 prescriptions in 10 minutes without any issues. They accepted GoodRx and found a lower price for me too. Shout out to the pharmacy manager Claire and the cashier/tech Daniella for helping me out!

The physician called in a new prescription for a tube of cream in front of me around noon. By 6 pm there was "no record" of this, according to the automated system. I spent 12 minutes waiting to speak to a person in the pharmacy when their message center simply restarted with the same original options.

Will never again shop at CVS. Everything was locked up like a staff took 7 1/2 minutes to get toothpaste took another 20 minutes to check out store manager operating two registers at a time. Arrived at the store at 5:30 PM. Ridiculous!!

Worst pharmacy i used so far. Prescriptions are necer ready in time. They "can not get the prescribed medicine". I just wonder.. are CVS owners/managers aware about the situation in this pharmacy? Why other CVSs are so good to work with?i had to choose this one due to closest location but NO MORE. GET SOME TRAINING AND ORGANIZATION!!!!

7/18/22 9:20 pm Sylvia the night manager gave me a horrible customer service experience. This employee Sylvia rang me up and as I'm entering my card info she tells me no cash back and cancels my transaction and just stood there so I had to engage and ask why and she tells me no cash after 9pm with a very snide tone I assume because I questioned her. They close at 11 pm so it didn't make sense to me besides I've never heard of that so called rule here and I live across the street and come here often . The whole interaction just made me uncomfortable and rubbed me the wrong way because she was flat out lying to my face and being rude for absolutely no justifiable reason . I left the store almost in shock on how I was just unfairly and unprofessionally treated by a manager and i felt I had to get her credential so I can make a formal complaint so when it hit me I called the store back and asked for the manager Sylvia. When she got on the phone I let her know it was me and I kindly asked her what she does if somebody needed to pay cash after 9:00 p.m. and she proceeded to lie even more by telling me it was a"credit" store And that they don't do cash after 8:00 p.m. so she basically doubled down so I let her know I've just never heard of that at all and that I felt like she was lying to me and being rude for no reason and then she just flat out hung up on me simple as that just hung up , well the corporate office closes at 10:00 p.m. Eastern so I will be calling in the morning

This has been the most frustrating pharmacy experience ever. I have been using them due to location. However recently they had trouble getting a medication multiple times. I had to go back and forth between them and my doctor’s office each time I needed the same medication. They offer no suggestions for help or troubleshooting my problem. Even when I ask for help they are short with their answers and act as if they are being bothered. I am switching pharmacies.

I came around the closing time, but managed to get everything i needed, the staff helped me a lot esp with all the coupons i have ready to use, not all cvs staff are patient with cvs coupons..not at all here, the best!

I have always been happy with this CVS. Today I went for my booster Vaccination, and the pharmacists were extremely helpful in letting me know what vaccinations I needed and what was covered by my insurance. Every time I have gone into the store the clerks have always been pleasant

CVS closing again early by 20 to 15 minutes 2/16/2023, fire these fcking managers and get people who work.
