Brentwood has not delivered my foundation nor sent me any sort of update on when it will ship. I ordered it 9 days ago. They are impossible to get a hold of. After placing two tickets for return call, no one has called me in over a week.

Evaluating things like mattresses and pillows online can be tough, but the customer service at Avocado is excellent! I called the number and got a REAL PERSON with helpful information! Matthew was able to describe the options and the differences between products with great clarity to help me make the best choice for me. Super appreciate how knowledgable and helpful he is.

I had a great sales experience with Avocado mattress. From testing mattresses with Georgia in the Portland store (in person), to learning about the differences is adjustable beds with Aaron in the Fullerton store (Zoom) to finalizing the purchase with Shauna (phone) in the Fullerton store. Such a pleasant experience all around. I can't wait to get my products.
