I bought a shampoo and conditioner set and there were 2 shampoo's and they wouldn't give me a conditioner (yes I had the receipt) without seeing my card as a hairdresser. You messed up not me! Never ever going back again and def telling my friends.

Super disappointed with the new management. The new manager Abby is very disrespectful and unprofessional. New staff is very clueless and I'm not sure I'll ever be coming back here. Go to Kirk's store in Yorba Linda they're the best!!

We came in about half and hour to closing and my mom wanted to open an account. Olga was so patient and spent so much time helping us get it started and for consulting us about the toning conditioner we needed. Whoever reads these please give Olga a raise or something she's amazing

I worked at this store for 8 months and let me tell yall what I've seen and experienced. Also THINK first before applying here bc the b**** with the red hair and glasses (the manager, Mia) is a RACIST. She makes fun of how the Asian coworker pronounces certain brands, belittles and intimidates her employees, and makes fun of what you wear, your hair and if you don't wear makeup. She is super rude to customers as well (customers have spoken to me about how she is rude to them). The district manager, Victoria, knows about all of this and chooses to allow her to continue to work there. She shrugs off our complaints. ***CORPORATE DOES NOT HAVE YOUR BACK***. She is aware of our complaints and that Mia makes fun of my ex-coworkers (Thu) accent, has stolen from the store, and retaliates with your hours or position. She is aware that Mia accepts checks on the side in exchange for products. She steals from the company and then says our warehouse "lost the boxes." This store has these kinds of reviews for a reason. Pay attention to them.

I always have the most stupid interactions with the manager here. I come to return some products because I don't end up using them.... SHOCKER & they act like it's coming out of their own pocket. I bought a container of bleach this morning from a different location & came to work in orange & this location was the closest so I thought I'd come return it. It had a smudge of bleach on the side from when I bought it (they must've not cleaned it at the other store) & the manager tells me I won't be able to return next time if it has any smudges. IT IS SEALED, UNUSED!!!! Why is it such a big deal. Then she makes a big deal because I'm not returning at the same location I bought it at. Nowhere in the receipt does it say that I can only buy & return at the same location. Always so unpleasant dealing with anyone here. I've never had these issues at other locations nor has it been a big deal to return product...

This review is for Mia, Mayra and Jasmine. You all helped me out this morning. All three of you were so welcoming and patient with me. I know I was a little nervous about the color remover and if it would really take out my color but it all worked out with the color dye I did buy. I am so happy with my purchase today and the way my hair looks. Mia, Myra and Jasmine a HUGE shout out to you all. I truly appreciate you. I will be back!!

This was my first time going to cosmoprof ( in orange) and last, I was immediately greeted by a girl at the cashier which was nice and was helped out by another nice woman giving me advice on what products to buy, but when it came down to checking out at the cash register I was with an older Asian woman her name is Thu, who gave me the hardest time trying to check out my products. She asked for my phone number and when given she noticed I didn't have a account set up and immediately told me "you cannot shop here without one you have to be LICENSED" knowing this I purposely brought my license with me and told her I do have my license I brought it with me. She continues to talk over me and told me that even with a license I still have to set up an account. When asked if I could set up an account at the register she refused and said the process "took too long" and "didn't have time for it" ???? I was extremely confused she eventually gave in and said she can do a one time purchase with my license number which would've been great to mention to begin with! After that it was attitude from start to finish when asked to take off a nail polish and switch it out for another one she told me "whatever it's the same thing it doesn't matter" completely taken back by how rude she was being. I left completely taken as a joke. I am a young esthetician and felt as though because of my age I wasn't taken seriously and felt completely disrespected. Never going back.

Sam was very helpful and kind. She greeted everyone who came in and asked if we needed help. When I was the register I shared my issue and she gave me some wonderful advice, I purchased the products and she helped me find them! Excellent customer service!!

Drove 20 minutes, picked out some products, and got to the register and was told only "licensed cosmetologists" can shop here. Seriously?? What kind of business practice is this. 0 stars.
