Professional, well trained quality staff members who have longevity. Several send their own children to the daycare. We're newer but quite happy. Excellent parent communication system.

This place is such a gem. My 2 yr old is treated with care and love here. Highly recommend. The teachers here are responsive, very caring and most importantly genuinely love kids.
