Very bad experience. Not recommended.I walked into the bank with a new business to open an account. They wouldn't help me. The teller looked at the employee who was in the back desk, so maybe her boss. They sent me away because I was a new business. You are a bank. I have all my documentation, which I told them. Very unprofessional. No one was in the parking lot, makes sense.

Spoke to the bank manager to open an account here at this bank. Very pleasant and courteous staff.

I went into the Bank to cash a check made out to me by them but because I didn't have an account they wouldn't do it. So basically this bank writes checks they can't cash.

I just wanted to say that I have only been banking with Citizens Business Bank for a few months but they have been EXCEPTIONAL! I am so happy to be doing business with them! Celia, who is ALWAYS smiling at me when I come in, was the one who opened my account and Darla, the Service Manager, has been absolutely exceptional! I had a problem with my account and rather than just treat me like a number, like most banks, she took the time to email me and say that there was a problem and asked if I was aware of it. Well, I had just become aware of it and was starting to take measures to fix it and Darla went out of her way to help me get it all straight. Every time I go in to make a deposit, the tellers are ALWAYS smiling and really sweet. THANK YOU CBB!!! I am so happy I decided to open my account with Darla and her team!

If I could give them less than 1 star I would! All of the tellers except the 1 young one have been super rude every time I go in. I always have problems cashing my check that comes from their own bank!
