hands-down this is the worst Chevron gas station that exist. The staff members Annoyed by customers. Pay at the pump never works, Apple Pay never works and the staff are annoyed by customers.It’s my fault that I forgot to check the number on the pump but when I pointed out my car (I was one of three at the entire station), the station attendant said she does not know what number the pump are. I went outside, checked and stood at the register and watched Jacqueline as she placed price tags onto items while explaining she would be with me right now. I guess “right now” looks different for the staff at the Chevron as I stood watching and watching as she completed task despite The fact that a patron was inside the building.I don’t normally do this sort of thing, but I was so blown away at the fact that she seemed to want to upset me. I felt compelled.

Came here around 5:30 am on a weekday and found new pumps and the tap card function now working! Wonderful improvement, finally! Now I can come here whether or not the convenience store is open. I have never used the car wash here, so I can't tell if that's good or not, but it's available. Gas prices are average but location is good, right next to the 55S onramp.

Rolled up on 2/20/23 to fill up. Handwritten signs on the pumps said "Prepaid Inside Only". No problem, I'll go inside and pay. Doors locked, no one in there and no sign on the door indicating when they'd return. Do you see the problem here? Sorry, I wasn't going to wait around for who knows how long. I took my business elsewhere.

Worst gas station ever. Yesterday I went in there at 9 PM and they closed down for an hour so that the guy inside to take his lunch. I've never heard of that happening before. And he was real f****** read about it too. Their air pressure machine spits water instead of Air. I've never seen that happen. Stay away from this place.

This is for the cashier working on 8/1/22 at 11:30 PM - Worst customer service ever. We stopped by here to buy an item but instead of telling us they didn't carry this said item, he rolled his eyes and glared at us in a really uncomfortable and creepy way. I don't recommend coming out at night alone especially if you're a female but even with two people, this place shouldn't even be on your list to stop by. Whoever that person is that was working needs to find a different job because buddy, you're a total creep.

I highly recommend this gas station for your gas refill because everyone was very helpful and always try very hard to accommodate my needs. They are very attentive to answer all your questions about gas and oil car refills. Good service!

Went in to pay for gas. Told to leave without a mask. Not everyone had a mask plus I wasn't going inside to buy anything just wanted gas & had cash. OC is not enforcing mask rule. I respect anyone who wants to wear one I didn't have one in my car today. I had an emergency to get to. Needed gas. Went to chevron down the street. No issues. Won't visit here again

Every time I go there the doors are locked waited for their break to be over watched 20 people come and go if everyone got 40 in gas that's $800 and that's only a half hour way to care about your customers just wondering if any other store in America closes its doors so an employee can take a break
