Horrible customer service. I've been a Chase customer for over 30 years and have never been treated so horribly or left a Chase branch so infuriated.I tried to open an exception account that other Chase branches are able to open and they were unable to accommodate simply because they have never done it before. The branch manager, Troung, did not help. If you're trying to open a new account, I would seriously consider visiting one of the other branches in the area.

I got here at 4:15, to open an account. The lady tells me they close at 5 and that it will take 45 mins to open an account. I use to work for a bank, never has it ever taken that long to ever open an account. 2 - hides in the back with the phone light bright as hell to see. Like ? 3- work your time until 5 instead of kicking people out. Will not open account w chase anymore. Poor experience poor customer service.
