hi I tried to open an account for my 15 year old son and myself and they were very racist towards me and they made me feel very little even though I showed my California license and let the cashier in front know that I had social security. very bad service for Mexicans

Pitch black outside, no lights on in the parking lot or in the lobby at 8pm. Only the lights from ATMs. Fortunately the lobby access is secured by your Chase card. The safety and visibility for customers should be a bigger priority.

I understand banks are obviously in the business to make money but this bank is in the business to rip you off! Walked in with some cash to open my high school student a bank account. Because I don't bank there, they were going to charge her $6 a month to have an account there. And then I said, "Well, since I don't have an account here, would you charge her to have a regualar checking account?" The teller told me, "Yes, $12 a month." WTH???? I'll just take my money else where. How the hell do you expect a high school student to keep up with your stupid fees???

It's a Chase Bank! They have a lobby where you can access the ATM 24/7. Their current hours are 9:00 to 5:00 on weekdays and 9:00 to 4:00 on Saturday. Closed Sunday.Everything seems to be in clean working order. ?

I opened a business account (we have six personal accounts with Chase through their purchase of Washington Mutual, so it wasn't our initial choice) with this branch on a Saturday. I made an appointment the day before to meet with Gabriela at 12:30. The following day, I brought all the necessary documents and checks to be deposited into the new account. Two weeks later, I get the debit card for the business and the business name is wrong. I went down to the branch and asked if this could be corrected and if I could order a new card. I was told by the useless teller that I had to schedule an appointment to get this corrected. I saw a rep sitting in one of the cubicles (not helping anyone) if he could help me. The teller's response was that he had an appointment in 20 mins and couldn't help me. I asked for the manager and of course, she wasn't there. This place is a SH$$ show. Two weeks after this incident, which still wasn't corrected, I received the wrong checks which I paid for. Gabriela made the error in opening the account and now I'm inconvenienced by having to make an appointment to fix her error. It's very frustrating. I went to the Chase location on First Street in Tustin and Kevin helped me fix this WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT AND WITHOUT HASSLE. The error wasn't only in the name of the account but that I wasn't set up as a non profit corporation as I stated. Gabriela doesn't know what she's doing and should not be allowed to set up accounts. This could have affected our business taxes! BEWARE!!! Kevin and Bryanna, at the branch on First St, resolved these issues. I was at the branch for almost 30 min as these errors were corrected. This is what customer service is all about. I do not recommend this branch on E Chapman and their employees intentionally go out of their way to NOT help resolve an issue that they created!

Branch used to be better, but now you can't get a call back for days even when they say as much. Not sure how a company can advertise something, set that's something up themselves and clarify that all conditions have been met, then rescind the offer that was previously made and confirmed on multiple occasions. One would think there is recourse for that but to these people they don't care. Would love to have a contact above this "branch" level who I could contact. If anyone has that info would appreciate it.

Branch Mgr. Refused assistance with account due to lack of knowledge. Customer service at this location has declined. I was forced to contact another branch for assistance. Mobile app for Chase is not user friendly. Online customer service very difficult as most reps lack training beyond simple tasks.

So far I've had only good experiences with chase. I went into a branch a few days ago and wonderful customer service. They helped me out fast and efficiently. I was very pleased.

I was there at 3:45 and after Covid they close early at 4pm. The place was completely dead. One teller and surpringly she had zero personality. They do offer you hands free sanitizer at the door. Perhaps that was the best part of my experience at Chase! Sad to say but true!!

I have chase bank for almost 10 years. I usually get good costumer service every time I go, but today I had a really bad experience at this location. I work in costumer service and I treat people the way I want to be treated and even when it's not my fault I apologize. Honestly, I would recommend not going to this location, they need to learn how to treat costumers better. I had the worst experience ever.
