Mid-week $66 "Expedia" reserved room.That's a "good" budget hotel value.However, weekend nights are around $120. Not as good of a value for the buck.Weird location; tucked back behind the corner gas station.Pool was drained, but I didn't intend to use it anyway. (No notification of that on web site)Rooms were decent sized and comfortable. They seemed pretty clean, as well.Rooms: Comfortable with microwave, fridge and coffee maker

My family of 3 had just spent time here at the hotel and We loved it especially since it was raining this weekend. We would definitely come back to stay here. The reception was really nice and welcoming. The room was really nice and cozy again we're planning to come again soon.

WARNING THE WORST. $100 deposit without being told of the charge. Also charged $50 for a $5 face towel with mascara saying it was "damaged" as if the towel could not be washed. Front desk only repeated themselves how only $50 would be returned of the $100 deposit and failed to take accountability that they did not disclose any policy, deposit or withholding of any money. overcharging and failure to disclose additional charges is FRAUD. we did not agree or had any acknowledgement of this. Definitely opening up a claim about this your front desk is responsible for checking and stating policies to people, no excuse?

Guy at the front desk was nice enough and location isn’t super far from Disney/Convention Center but that’s where it all ended. The first floor room was absolutely disgusting. Cobwebs everywhere. Dark stains all over the couch and chairs, the lamb shade, the walls. Toilet runs continuously. No hangers. Rust and mold and stains all over the fridge. An obvious leak above the sink that tried to just be painted over. Lumpy bed that I was just waiting for critters to come crawling out of. I got in kind of late and had to be out early so I just crossed my fingers and hoped for the best, but this place does not deserve the good reviews it has and I agree with most of the people on here, they have to be fake… nobody would give this place a good rating.

I hate this place! they scammed me, charged $100 deposit without telling me. I was left without my money and my stay. Sleeping in the car and without the money they said it would take a week to get back to the account

By far the worst experience that I have had in a hotel. Even worse than when my hotel caught on fire in Compton. To get to the place you have to drive through a gas station parking lot, which was la red flag The shower took 20 minutes to get hot. I was almost done with my shower by the time the hot water came. The office staff was more like prison guards. The front door of the room was separating from the wall and I can see inside the room through the stucco outside. I would suggest going to a shelter before coming here to this hotel.

The room was relatively clean and super spacious. The staff, nevertheless, wasn't very attentive, but kept polite. I would still stay there again.

I have been staying at "Casa Blanca" for the last year. I come to work in Cali. every couple months. Safety is a priority, since I travel alone. I feel very safe here!! Management has gone above and beyond, helping me in a couple of situations!! Housekeeping does a great job and the girls are very accommodating! The recent upgrades make the stay more pleasurable. Prices vary, but making my reservation in advance helps. When it's not 'high season" the price is great!!Nearby activities: Right off the Newport Fwy. and near the 22, the 5 and the 91!!Walkability: Lots of shopping nearby! Gas station with food stop in the same driveway area. CVS, Michaels, Restaurants Smart and Final all nearby!!Food & drinks: Good fast food and Restaurants in walking distance or a short drive!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. After being evicted from my home with my blind handicapped brother, I have been bouncing around from motel to motel while waiting for my section 8 housing. The rooms are so clean you could even do surgery in them. The managers and cleaning crew are very kind and they are quick to resolve any issue you may have. Ive been staying here for ten days but due to unforeseen circumstances, today I was short $70 on the rent here, I expected to be told goodbye but they didn't tell me to leave, they asked me how much time I needed to pay them, they were very kind to accommodate my late payment. I appreciate their kindness and they helped me when no other motel would put up with such a thing. Thank you Casa Blanca Express Inn on Lincoln blvd and Valley view

Terrible service!!! Incompetent staff, disgusting attitude towards the client. Poor lighting in the room. I do not recommend checking in. Management should pay attention to non-customer-oriented employees who interact with customers. I waited a full two hours before I could check in.

This establishment was extremely clean and well maintained. It also was very peacefulAnd quiet. I will return there in the future.Safety: I left my room open and went to the store and came back . Nothing was touched. Very safe place.Walkability: There is much commerce to choose from.

Rooms were huge but paint peeling around the door, cracked light switches, I babe a laptop bigger than the TV (so tiny in a huge room) the toilet seat that time forgot. Looks like they're doing renovations so who knows in another month or so. Everything was clean and the room appointed will with fantastic king bed, love seat, fridge and microwave
