Tried to use the ups drop off that was supposed to be open until 8pm, the store was closed at 7pm.

The employee at this store was very generous and positive to me. They showed me the exact item I was looking for in a heartbeat! I would gladly go back to that store to get my auto parts!

So this place has a UPS inside of it and I arrived to pick up my package hours after it's supposedly was delivered. According to the tracking from UPS, the clerk didn't seem to thrilled to have to help, but I asked about picking up my package and he said one moment I told her my name but he didn't even need it he said ... Ok... . I asked if he needs to see my tracking number he didn't. He just fiddle with the computer a while but then told me my package is not there. Not even knowing who I am. And then he told me UPS drivers are lazy and Mark delivered all the time when things are not delivered. So I don't really know what to believe but in customer service. Zero stars if I could but I had to pick one because he did not even look me up or even pretend to at least lol, didn't even go and physically check. He just stared at the computer a few moments and then told me to come back the next day at 10:00 a.m. when they open at 7:30 a.m.... I called ups and they told me they did deliver and they don't understand why the location would tell me that.. All in all, I just feel like it probably reflects on how they do business with their car parts and orders. So just be weary of this spot and the people they have running it

Absolute lifesaver!!! I called 40 minutes before closing to confirm that my part would be available for pick up. I spoke with a gentleman who assured me he would be there to assist when I arrived, and as a man of his word, he was. I arrived a bit past closing, but he waited and completed my transaction. He went above and beyond and helped me with products and with installation! Top notch customer service and

I had a battery fail under warranty. Staff there fast and efficient to replace. Chris even carried it out for me and set it back into place. Back on my way in 10 minutes.

This place was pretty good when Erick was employed here, but now he's gone and so is the customer service. I will not be returning as I was quoted a ridiculous price for parts that I found elsewhere for considerably cheaper and the same quality. Customer service representatives should try and make customers happy, especially on the phone. Chances are the person calling and asking for specific parts probably knows more than said representative.
