Saw a staff member make fun of a woman who ordered a big plush. Staff member kicked box at the customer and was mad at them for making the job hard. Truly some rude behavior

My wife and I came in with our kids. The staff were outstanding as usual, but Mrs Katy was amazing and went above and beyond. Not only with our children but other families as well.

Not a very diverse or interesting selection. Also wasn’t expecting to walk out paying almost 70 bucks for a stuffed animal. Definitely gonna order from eBay next time. Probably worth it if you have kids.

I’m pretty much a regular here and the staff is always so kind and helpful! I love coming here and picking out new friends! I definitely recommend this build a bear! Staff is very friendly.

This location has the most helpful and kind employees.We didn't have a kid with us and they still treated us like they wanted us to have a great experience. We went in just looking for an outfit for a bear the first time.We returned 2 weeks later asking them to remove a voice box and restuff a bear.They were accommodating and kind the every time.Sofia was especially delightful and patient with all my questions.We will be back for the bears Christmas outfit and look forward to working with them again.
