I needed my bumper replaced and I went to a few auto repair shops for quotes. I went with Brooks because I liked how transparent, detailed, and friendly Jacob was when I brought my car in. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and my car was even ready a day earlier than the initial estimate. Very professional and efficient.

I had my car repaired at Brooks. Jacob was such a great help. I had to deal with another insurance company to repair my car. Jacob took care of everything for me. All I had to do was drop off my car. I want to personally thank Jacob and his dad for the service on my 2017 challenger. I will always use their services. They even went out of their way to fix a prior issue that surfaced later on so they basically honored a warranty from a previous accident, I will recommend them and give them five stars, just a great local Orange upfront Collision business with no strings attached and great work!
