Jonathan & Deana deserve all credit in the world; Upon arrival, their hospitality, communication and genuine care for their client is what makes Kaizen the standard. I had damage to my driver side fender, front bumper and tire rim. Jonathan gave a fair estimate then gave me daily updates on how the repair was looking. After having my car for less than a week, I got my car back washed, detailed and looking brand new. It’s a stressful process to find a good body shop, that will fairly price you and provide excellent communication but I highly recommend Kaizen because of Jonathan’s professionalism and hard work. “Jim is amazing! To find a business where honesty and client satisfaction comes first....no over the top quotes. Where I expected to pay thousands for a repair reluctantly was accepted with a tip. It was a matter of pushing a part back into place and some "magic" spray to get the paint/scrapes off the vehicle and I was on my way.”

“Back in January I was rear-ended in my 2019 Golf R, 91 Blue Spektrum edition. Obviously I was distraught over the accident, but I was also very stressed about which auto body shop to pick for repairs. The color is special edition, and 1 of 12 here in the US. I wanted to make sure that wherever I got the work done, they'd do it well. Allen made this process headache free, with many updates and constant reassurance. I received my car back and aside from the mangled license plate you can't tell it was damaged. They matched the color as close to perfect as possible. I drove about 2.5 hours from where I live just to take it to these guys, and I'd do it again if I were to get in another accident. Can't thank these guys enough for not only taking phenomenal care of my car, but also working with my schedule. Sorry for the late review Allen, it had slipped my mind ?♂️

“I brought my car in for a little body work as somebody backed into my side door. Dropped off my car on a Saturday and got back after 12 days. Vince is assume and a great nice guy. Body work is just perfect and could not tell the door was worked on and the paint just exactly match the factory paint. If you need body work, this is the best to be. I have brought my car to a different body shop prior to here and kept getting delays and round around just to get an estimate.”

“I was recommended by my auto mechanic (Bruce down at citywide auto) to talk with Jacob Sr. and Jacob Jr. about a paint job for my Chev Tahoe. I met with them and decided to engage them. Simply put, they did an amazing and excellent job at a fair price. They took everything off the car, including the mounding, mirrors, door handles, roof rack and even bumpers in order to prep and paint the car. We had a little surface rust on the roof and they took care of that as well. The care turned out beautiful. But here's the best part..... A few months later I noticed a couple things that were not right, A side molding was coming up, some paint imperfections that I hadn't noticed originally appeared on the tailgate. In addition we had a little mishap on the front bumper. JZ took care of everything. Pulled the bumper, painted a new one and installed, corrected the other issues. Of course, the bumper cost the party that did it, but the other items were covered under warranty. Good as new. In other words, they stand behind their work. Can't recommend them enough! Great work JZ! I'll be back!”
