Found these guys on Yelp after the dealer told my mom she needed a ton of work done on her 2011 Honda CRV. I took them the list from the dealer me they explained what was actually necessary for the car to drive safe and what could wait. Being a woman, I'm always worried about being screwed over with stuff like this, but they were very thorough in explaining what was needed. The price was very fair for all the work they did. I will def be coming back here with my car needs!

Dimitry offered excellent service, communications, and recommendations for my older 318ti (E36/5) chassis. He recommended excellent brands and tier pricing to ensure the basic and most critical needs were met before moving on to recommended "nice to have" services. I typically work on my cars myself before assessing whether a professional is needed for harder jobs or tasks that I don't have the tools or equipment for. Fair to say his assessment and diagnosis is spot on. Likewise, I've purchased 2nd hand car parts and he's great and keeping a clear line of communication and fair pricing for both parts and services. The simple services recommended made a night and day difference in the feel and handling of the car. I wouldn't hesitate to contact BMPS for future needs. I was referred to this shop from a friend. Very happy with the service Dimitry provided. He took the time to explain the details of work getting done to my car and responded promptly. I have been looking for the right mechanic to establish relationship with -- I feel I am in good hands here, so I will definitely be returning! My car is a X35i 2014 90k miles. Came in for a check engine light , we did a smoke test and turned out I needed a valve cover replacement. I was hearing this "squealing" noise. I also needed to service my brakes so we did brake pads & sensors , and spark plugs while we were at it! I am satisfied!

What can I say! BMPS literally helped me during one of the toughest times in my life. I was given the most amazing deals beyond what even family mechanics could have given me. I literally met Dimitry and Jonathan today and they could not have provided me and my car a more above and beyond experience. After them squeezing me in right before a busy holiday, they stayed almost 45 min after they closed to make sure my car was safe for me to drive. They refilled my washer fluid and filled the air in my tires, so that I didn't have to later on. They gave me honest quotes that were amazingly priced allowing me to immediately ask them to start working on my car. I don't know what more I could do than post on here, on social media, and rave to my friends and family. (And I don't normally make reviews on here ever). I will forever and always go to BMPS and continually recommend all my friends and family to go there if they want the best of the best with their safety being reassured. A big THANK YOU to BMPS for all they have done for me today. THEY ARE EXCELLENT; 10 STARS! BTW I drive a 2019 X2 BMW; they changed front and rear brake pads, refilled washer fluid, pumped air in tires, and made sure my rotors were intact.

Jonathan and Dmitry transformed my broken down but beloved basket case of a 1999 E36 Convertible into a showpiece! They fixed everything from the transmission to the broken convertible top to the slightest cosmetics (the broken radio antennae!).

These guys literally brought our beloved black 1999 E36 convertible back from the dead. After having TWO "German Car Experts" in New York spend over a MONTH each trying unsuccessfully to fix the broken transmission and BOTH gave the car a death sentence, we said a prayer and drove across country anyway, we were moving to LA and had to be there in a week. The car made it to LA, but by the time I handed the keys to BMPS a few months later, thinking the car was scrap metal, the list was: Broken transmission, broken passenger seat, convertible top stuck down and broken rear window, driver side door falling apart, broken fog lights & tail light, brakes & rotors & struts long past due, engine light on, airbag light on, missing grille and various other bits that had fallen off during the cross country drive, plus we had been using it like a pickup since the convertible top broke, roughly loading bicycles into it, so it was filthy and scratched up... When my wife saw the car after Jonathan and Dimitry worked their magic, it took her ten minutes of looking (mostly unsuccessfully) for telltale marks before she would even belief it was actually OUR car. 6 months later and the car continues to run and look like it's brand new. I posted before and after pictures, but they don't do justice - the combination of attention to detail plus an insane knowledge of every aspect of auto repair (they had to SEW with needle and thread to replace the back window!!!) puts these guys light years ahead of any other BMW mechanics I've been too, and that's a long list!

Amazing service and repairs! Had my car towed here after a minor accident and BMPS took care of everything. My car honestly looks better than it did before - side dent removed, replaced bumper and mirror, painted to match the car perfectly. On top of it all, had it detailed and washed better than any car wash I've been to. They'll be taking care of all my car needs for now on. Highly recommend you get in touch with Jon & Dim at this shop!!!

I have been going to this shop for years (even tho I live up in Santa Monica). They have always been fair, honest and available even if last minute. There is comfort in consistency. The guys here are always pleasant providing great customer service. I highly recommend this automotive repair shop for your automobile needs.

Let me just start by saying that this place was a literal factor in the decision making for my currently planned move to the East Coast. Dimitry is working on my car as I write this to ensure that it is ready for my 2700 mile long road trip to my new home, and I honestly DO NOT trust anyone else to do so. I've been meaning to write this, but I have never been very good at reviews. Today, I'm compelled to because it saddens me to realize that this will be the last time he helps me take care of my car. (At least until I possibly move back to California :D)

(At least until I possibly move back to California :D) There are so many reasons to go here, they are incredibly honest, and do not overcharge. Dimitry has actually showed me the pieces that he's removed from my car, explained what they do, showed their wear and tear, and physically showed me what they should look like. Not only is it obvious that he really cares, him doing this helps me understand my car more. I have nothing but good things to say about BMPS! Pros: Everything Cons: Not located in Philadelphia :)

They were supposed to repair my rear bumper, which they did by replacing it with a new one. This was great, and was what I expected them to do. However, they went above and beyond by buffing out some scratches and scuffs on my front bumper as well! Obviously this was not part of the job that they were supposed to do but they did it anyway, without me asking. My car looks better in the front now even though they were just supposed to do work on the back. Thanks BMPS!
