I hadn’t used my Giant bike in a while and noticed the derailleur needed adjustment. I visited two bike shops in Irvine but was told I’d have to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment, or pay $99 for a basic tune-up that didn’t include adjustments—or $199 for a full service. Then I found Bike Alley on Google, and Zeus was able to make the necessary adjustments. I really appreciate his help and will definitely be returning to his shop in the future..

Kind of a gem. My son and all the locals fall back on this humble bike shop. Zeus's passion is seeing people enjoy the ride. Completely worth stopping by no matter wat u r looking for new bike or fix ur bike it's a great experience. Thank u Zeus!

Awesome service! Zeus helped me find replacement pedals for my son's bike, and when I didn't have the right size tool to remove the old ones, he said to come back in and he put the new ones on for us at no extra charge. Will be back here for sure.

This shop is an amazing bike shop, I am very impressed. I went there for my handlebars, pedals and tires. The manager Zeus was very helpful and attentive. The store is well put together, stocked, and overall well put together. The prices are fair and better than most. The manager makes sure to put in that extra effort to get you the best pieces to make your bike look fresh!

Came in today with my son who just bought a used bike with a loose pedal. Zeus was gracious and handy. Fixed it in no time with pleasant conversation. Inexpensive and amazing. I will be returning.

It was my first time here, and the employee (maybe the owner?) was amazing. I was looking for a very specific item, and although I was told they didn't necessarily carry it, he went out of his way to help me obtain it from what they had. I appreciated the gesture and will come back to purchase a bike from here.

This place is great. It is a fantastic bike shop perfect for BMX for those interested and not interested you step in here and you will catch bike fever. My husband brought my son here and they love it. It's like a candy shop to them. They have all the stuff you want I need for your bike, the owners are very helpful respectful and professional prices are great and fair. They treated us like family. We will definitely be coming back highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone. The bikes here are very nice. They sound good variety of parts and built bikes that are already built, and it's close by thank you very much to the gentleman who helped my husband and my son with their bikes

This is the best BMX bicycle shop I've ever been to a reminds me of when I was young in the 80s I used to love going to the bike shop use my little bit of money. I saved up to buy different parts. This place has all the coolest bikes And bike parts. Perfect. It couldn't get any better than this. Staff are very down to earth respectful guys. They help me with my bike and my sons bike I highly recommend these guys always willing to answer a question give advice and help fix problems and get you what you need and want and the prices are not outrageous. They're actually perfect, I don't think I could say enough I can go on and on for an hour how awesome this place is let's just say perfect everyone out there instead in BMX come here you'll definitely find everything you need with some great people willing to help I've been to other places aroundand this place is my new home

I did some looking around before I came here, and I was very happy that I came here. I mentioned to the guy I was looking for a bike for My Son for Christmas. An 18 inch was what we were looking for my son is six years old not only did they hook us up with a nice GT performer for him. He also shorten the width of the handlebars which made it a perfect fit for My Son he loves the bike and all he wants to do is ride it perfect fit great quality and very very very well. Customer service. If I could rate them 110 I would. I will definitely return and Recommend for any bike parts or bike needs

Went in last week. My daughter got excited about something. They were going to see if it could be ordered and would call me on Tuesday. It's Thursday I've called twice trying to get help only to be hung up on. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
