Friendly staff, if you have a coupon or something is on sale make sure you are charged the correct price. It is not automatic.

This store had everything my son needed but I had a weird interaction with one of the store associates. Her name was Daniela employee number 248676. During paying she was a bit rude. She was slamming down the scanner, I told her we had a coupon. It seemed like she was ignoring me. She applied the coupon and didn’t bag my items. She then asked if I wanted a bag, I said yes and thanked her. She just said “mmm hmm”. It was a bit awkward. I will probably choose a different store next time.

I own a doggy daycare and boarding facility nearby and I was on the hunt for a couple of plastic pools for the pups to play in as it was a very hot day. No other places I called had any. I called big five and they had only two in stock and was willing to put them aside for us to come pick them up. They were very helpful over the phone and when we arrive they had the pools put aside for us. Great customer service, and a great selection of products. I have been to this store many times for different things and have always received great customer service. I would definitely recommend this particular big five.
