Staff ignored me for 15+mins even when not busy with anything else. Just walk right past me ignoring the fact that i was waiting for assistance. It's rude that they're just on their phones looking up the same thing you can yourself. It doesn't tell you if there's any of that product in the "backroom". You have to straight up ask what the next step is as it's not just a product you pick up off the shelf! The cashier then is still in high school caring more about how they look than how they can help you.

Best Buy was cool...I just came off a little nervous but I guess that's just my energy when deciding what type of PC to get versus a Mac. I got a nice laptop for music production and graphic design...

Terrible terrible store. Manager Tony at the return counter was beyond horrible. He egged me on while upset because I did not know about their 15% restock fee on a 3k purchase which came to over $400. I bought the item 2 days ago and simply wanted to exchange it. I ended up not taking the exchange item and returned the original purchase. I lost $400 because of their unclear policy. How is this right. I will never again give a dime to Best Buy. I am forever done.

Came to purchase my first printer and Marius was amazing... Super quick at helping 4 people before me.. and when I asked him for help he was super kind and answered all my questions... What I really liked is that he didn't insist on the most expensive but the best one for what I needed it... I will definitely be back.. HE IS AMAZING, MORE WORKERS LIKE HIM!!

Prices matched with target. Good deals, regular costumer. Though I guess they are pretty secure with their price matches, I can relate as for working at retail. But was happy they followed through.

Worst service at this store. I was advised by customer service to come in store and receive a refund for an item never delivered. They emailed me the entire chat transcript as proof just in case. Came to store and some idiot that calls himself a Manager, Efrain said that's not accurate. He said he Will try and refund me but instead went in the notes and read stuff that wasn't even in the notes! I told him why would they send me the chat transcript as proof if they weren't being truthful. I then asked him if he can call support in store so he can verify I came to speak to a manager and the info they gave me was incorrect. His response was well I can't call I can only assist with refunds of items being returned. Dude you can't call customer service and prove to me that I was lied to???!?!! LAZY! How did he even get promoted?!?!?!?

Costumer service leaves lots of Costumers without help
