Just sharing my harrowing ordeal with dealing with BBQ Outlets. I placed an order for a Delta Heat Drawer online on BBQ Outlets website since I saw that it was "in stock" and it was advertised at a better price than other merchants. That should have been red flag #1, since if something looks to good to be true, it most likely is not what it seems to be.
I placed the order online. The same day, I got an email from BBQ Outlets saying that the item has been discontinued and is no longer for sale (then why do you have it listed on your website that it is "In Stock"???). The employee, Ana, tried to push me to purchase a similar item, (a blaze drawer, but I was specifically looking for a delta heat brand) but I was not interested and I informed her to cancel my order and return the charge on my credit card.
The following day, I got an email confirmation from BBQ Outlets that they have cancelled my order, and that my refund would be done promptly within 5-10 business days (that is the part I do not understand, since I am not returning any items, just cancelling my order, so it should have been done immediately without having to wait). This was red flag number #2, seeing that why does it take 5-10 business days to cancel an order and return the charge back to my card?
Fast forward more than 10 business days, and I am yet to receive my refund/charge returned back to my card, even after a cordial follow-up email I sent BBQ Outlets and support staff after the 10 days. I am yet to get any sort of acknowledgement on that email I sent.
Long story short, buyer beware of the products that they have listed that are "in stock" on their website, as it seems that it is not regularly updated. Also, the prices seem too good to be true, that what good is it if they advertise lower prices than other sellers if they do not have anything in stock. Lastly, it is terrible their return/refund policy, in particular for items that are not in stock. I wish I would never have placed an order with them, and I was better off placing an order with another company even at a higher unit price.

Unethical and borderline illegal. Ordered patio heaters and paid in full. Never arrived. Called and they said they were mispriced and wanted me to pay 2x what they initially charged me. Awful experience. Avoid.

Requested quote from them on monthly service. We moved forward to approve the quote and commence service. They, then, rescinded the quote and offer of service. Very unprofessional. We wasted hours working with them only to have them back out.

I went here in interest of what kind of BBQ grills they have as an option and what they offer as I like things to be visual. It's on that right hand plaza next to an Italian restaurant. The owner here as I hear many reference as Sunny is knowledgeable and provided an answer to my questions. As I looked around I witnessed him helping out a lady who came in interest. She was to the point type of person and came off abrasive but Sunny was gentle and kind offering solutions and options with no intent to rush her interest in making a decision to purchase. I heard him provide realistic time frame on the product of her interest. Considering His main warehouse is in Corona, CA as the shop here has a variety of BBQ brands and options. I did hear Sunny say that He carried over 20 brands so if your looking for a BBQ Grill or even a customized outdoor setup for your home I experienced the option to customize to the specs that would fit my idea of space. Thank you for your help and knowing you remain the same with other customers helps me make a comfortable decision on who to go with. Staff here we're accommodating offering water as it was a warm and humid day. Tim Kennan was knowledgeable in what to expect during the whole process of installation. Kyle was extremely helpful in providing additional details of other products I had questions for when Sunny allowed me to look around and the customer walked in. Luke who put together the specs, and what it could look like was open to hearing and tailoring to customize the way I would like my outdoor kitchen to appear. Can't wait to celebrate once I get my new BBQ Grill! Thank you BBQ Outlets I will surely refer you to others.

Tim Kennan was very helpful throughout the whole process of my bbq project. Tim explained everything I needed to know about my outdoor kitchen and helped me design my layout. He was very helpful with giving my wife and I suggestions on colors for stucco and counter top. Tim came down to my house to take measurements and make sure the design of the outdoor kitchen will fit in my backyard where I planned to have it. I highly recommend Tim to help you customize your outdoor kitchen.

Thankfully we received a full refund but only after we waited two days beyond the 4-5 business days we were initially told we'd have to wait, and a phone call to the business to remind them to process our refund. Just glad this has been handled to conclusion. Thanks to Barbeques Galore in Tustin we've been enjoying our new Fire Magic bbq that arrived 3 days after we ordered it!

If I could give a zero I would!!! We ordered a BBQ Feb 17, 2022. We were told it would take 8-10 weeks to arrive. We called today to find out the status. We were told the order was never placed with the manufacturer even though I paid over $2500 back in February. Poor communicators, they take no responsibility for their failure. Extremely poor customer service. No empathy, no concern with messing us around. They said they would call us back and we had to hound them. So ridiculous !!! Don't honor them with your business. They suck!

Sunny was very helpful in assisting us with picking out our grill, fridge and sink for our outdoor kitchen. However, after we made our deposit, the communication was very poor. I emailed and called several times trying to get the dimensions for the items so our contractor could build to fit. Once they delivered the items, the dimensions they sent for the access panel were incorrect and they said they had sent us the wrong access panel. We were then told that it would be delivered the next day because they had to pick it up from another warehouse. They did not bring the door or call. When we called to follow up and also ask about the free grill cover we were promised with our order, the staff quickly git off the phone and we have not heard back since. We will not be shopping there for the additional items we need for the backyard.

**update** well I wish I could report back and say after my heated review, bbq outlet and myself have gotten together to solve a seemingly simple problem together, and that cooler heads have prevailed.......but I can't. After listening to sunny tell me I asked for this, and Kyle tell me he thought I needed it by my mom's birthday party..... I got upset! I asked when is my mother's party......couldn't answer. Talk about manipulation and disrespect. UHG! At least they finally shipped SOMETHING! They assured me that I was only missing 2 things and I was given a schedule as to when to expect these products. I asked to go over order before shipment with me to avoid confusion 4x. Not interested, they got it! ....... So sunny, who came out of hiding FINALLY after a month, sends me a bill of lading. Guess what, THERE WERE 3 MORE THING MISSING TOTALING 5 ITEMS! And that's not including the $1700 fridge/trim kit that I didn't get and haven't been refunded for. WTH! So I responded to sunny via email on 4/1 within 2 minutes asking him if these items were actually missing or he just forgot to include in email, continuing to give them benefit of doubt. To this day 4/3 sunny has yet to respond. Sunnys dishonesty and disrespect for his customers has become legendary at this point. I feel like nothing more needs to be said on this review, the evidence is a mile high to avoid, and still there is no end in sight for my family. I promise if ANYTHING positive happens I will report back, but continuing to hope for rational thinking prevailing at bbq outlet is what is leading to my constantly being disappointed. Scorched earth from this moment forward. Send in the lawyers, because God knows I tried.

bought a $5000 bbq from them but they never delivered the ceramic briquettes as promised... i called many times and he said they are waiting for them... he could have ordered some from Amazon for $40. it has now been months and months.
