There is only ever 1 teller here. This place is under staffed and sucks. This location used to be great. I will no longer be banking with BofA. Wish I could give it a zero rating.

Waited over half hour to get a cash withdrawal more that ATM would allow. There was one teller over lunch and lots of big transactions including a business making many many deposits. There must to a person who could jump in and help.

Service has gone completely downhill since the remodel. All of the former, experienced staff is gone. As usual, today there was only one teller on duty and they were in the back for about 10 minutes, leaving a long line to form. The manager finally comes out to help and rudely asks why I didn't use the ATM machine outside. Seriously? Do your job! Also, those particular ATMs have a reputation of being hacked by scammers. The manager tried to make excuses and say it's been 6 months since that last happened. Like that is supposed to make me feel better. Also, the security guard outside is a joke. He is always on his phone and completely distracted. No thank you. I can't wait to transfer the rest of my auto-pays and close the account.

There is always a line of at least 10+ people every time I come in here with only one banker working the window. This just can't work, especially during peak holiday hours too. Please have more people on staff to assist clients so it is a quicker and smoother experience.

I hope this letter finds you well. I am the CEO of a small business that has been a loyal customer of Bank of America for over 17 years. Throughout this time, we have maintained various accounts, including business and personal accounts, as well as savings and college accounts for our children and my wife's family practice business.I am writing to bring to your attention an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent visit to the Bank of America Financial Center located at 2680 N Tustin St, Orange, CA 92865. Regrettably, I had an unpleasant experience with one of your supervisors, Ms. Paola C, whose behavior and approach towards me were highly unprofessional and concerning.During my visit, I intended to make a withdrawal from my business account, and I provided the necessary identification, including my credit card, driver's license, and the registered phone number associated with my BoA account. However, there was an issue with the link sent to my phone, prompting the first representative to seek assistance from a supervisor. Subsequently, I was directed to another window, where Ms. Paola C took charge of the situation.Despite having already verified my identity through the provided documents and phone number, Ms. Paola C repeatedly inquired about the whereabouts of my ATM card. Her insistence on this matter, coupled with her tone of voice, made the situation uncomfortable and distressing. I wish to emphasize that I had already informed her that I did not have the ATM card with me. Ms. Paola C's continued questioning felt intrusive and unwarranted, considering the information already presented for verification. To my dismay, the interaction escalated further when Ms. Paola C threw my credit card and driver's license back at me and suggested that I visit a different branch. This treatment was deeply humiliating and left me feeling intimidated, tarnishing the long-standing relationship I have had with Bank of America. Throughout my entire banking history, I have never encountered such disrespectful treatment. In light of this unfortunate incident, I have made the decision to move not only my business accounts but also my wife's business and personal accounts to another financial institution. I strongly believe that such behavior from a supervisor is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the Bank's reputation for customer service.I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and take appropriate action with regards to Ms. Paola C's conduct. It is crucial that Bank of America ensures its customers receive respectful, courteous, and professional service, especially from supervisory personnel who hold significant responsibility within the organization.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon regarding the steps taken to address and rectify this unfortunate incident.Thank you for your understanding and prompt action in resolving this matter.Sincerely,

I have 6 accounts with bofa for over 26 years business and personal. This branch NEVER fails to make my banking experience just so difficult because of the amount of laziness its staff holds! For a simple cashiers check they handed me off to 4 different people yes 4 different people. All asking me for the same information 4 times! Wasted 45 minutes of my time and at the end... they made me get back into line just have a teller take care of it which is where I started in the first place and they took me OUT of line to say they'll help me on the side. Then off to a bankers cubicle then off to a managers cubicle then back to the side of the line just to not be able to be proactive and make me get back into the back of the line just to wait again in order to take out a simple cashiers check. Staff is EXTREMELY LAZY and super rude like they're reading you a script from a textbook. Can't answer any questions like real human beings they just keep repeating the same answer that doesn't even answer your question. 0 compassion just so negative and robotic this is why I drive 15 minutes to brea. But because of my 16 month old son I had to stay close today... I will not be coming back to this branch. On top of the service that takes forever with lines always out the door the cleanliness is not up to par there is a foul smell here and the floors are dirty. However I will recognize where credit is due... Monika and Monique did an amazing job helping me once I finally got my turn in line they are assets to this branch and the only reason why I didn't walk out.

Worked hard to get the information we needed. But you need more notaries at your locations.

I enjoy banking with this group as they simplify everything and make the process seamless for me as a business owner. It's a significant advantage to have such ease in managing my finances. In particular, my interactions with Mike at this location have been exceptional. He is always friendly and welcoming, making me feel like a valued friend rather than just another customer. Mike is one of the primary reasons I chose to open an account with BofA. I am grateful for the excellent service provided by BofA and its team, and I look forward to achieving financial success with them for many years to come.

One teller, over 15 people in line. I've been standing here for over 20 min. I understand short staffed banks these days but this is ridiculous.

Handy spot, was open Saturday hours. More need to open up again.

Can you give zero stars? Bank doesn't care. Sends one of two tellers to lunch on busy Saturday. Has a "greeter" that does nothing instead of another teller. Chronic issue. Too big to fail. Too big to care. Line is out the door.

Need more tellers working the line. Lots of employees walking around with only 2 tellers working on a long line of 10-15 people waiting. Ridiculous!!!
