Walked into Bait in Orange today like i have done many times. This time i was falsely accused of committing charge backs at the manager's friend's store in Santa Ana. I have never been to this store and still have no clue what the worker was talking about. Ive been a customer for two years and after telling him that he has the wrong guy he doubled and then tripled down that i was the fraudster that did a massive charge back. And throughout the whole interaction i never received an apology. But, It makes sense that the worker wouldn't remember who he was looking out for considering the shop always smells of weed and the employees are always high. Ive grew to love this little store over the past couple years but unfortunately after today myself and my family will no longer be going.

I been shopping here sense 2013 small but filled with gems the guys at the counter are great and they always seem to have a special on older clothes i highly recommend

This place is really cool, I didn’t even know they had a stand alone store. I always purchase from the website and that has been fantastic as well with shipping promptly and getting the order accurate. I want to shine the Spotlight on Grant the Employee that helped us while we visited ! He greeted us with a smile and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products I was interested in. He showed us the Bearbrick exclusives and blind boxes! Which we had to have. We opened them in store then he explained if we didn’t like the one we picked we can trade from the wall, I had expressed that I didn’t like any of them really and I’m a collector so I was looking for certain ones ! I mentioned I liked Snoopy and he pulled out Marbles which is the chase from series 40 !!! He let me trade it out and I’m just so moved by this kind gesture. He didn’t have to go above and beyond to make my experience that nice but he did. Thank you so much Grant ?I will definitely be returning !! The salespeople were pleasant, knowledgeable, and made me feel valued. As a result, I'll be certain to inform everyone I know about it! This is my first and last shopping trip since finding the perfect dress in this boutique. She'll take one look at you and decide what she likes.

So much fun! Brought my teen daughters and friends here for birthday Jordan’s. The selection was excellent, prices fair, and the guys who helped us were super friendly. Everyone had a good time. Big lines outside with Covid. Shop early.

Made an order online and got requested further info on card and address. I had fumbled a few times with a couple of cards so, up to this point, they were being reasonable.Sent the proper files only to have my order cancelled afterwards for reasons related to the merchandise ordered: No Nikes shipped internationally. Which is fine by itself.But, this happened AFTER having sent delicate personal info, which was not really necessary if the order was not viable in the first place.Very unprofessional and very conspicuous. A very impersonal, faceless customer service experience as a whole.Cherry on the cake: you cannot cancel your account on their website. They got my info and I got zilch and left feeling duped.Peachy
