The best place for everyday banking, auto loans and investment services! I'm glad they're open to all of Southern California residents. If you're tired of getting nickled and dimed at your other financial institution go to Wescom, no fees for their memberships.

Began a new relationship with Wescom after a friend told me about their products. I found out there's a branch not too far from The Outlets of Orange mall and decided to make an appointment. Maira was very helpful. She helped set up several accounts in just under an hour and fifteen minutes and answered most of my questions before I could even ask. I didn't expect to receive this level of customer service from a bank. Everyone is so polite here. Truly appreciative. If you're considering a new bank, I would recommend coming by Wescom in Orange.

This is completely horrible! I've been to there City of Orange Branch 6 times to help Wescom, get me the title to my vehicle, that I paid off in 2008. I do like their employee Daisy, she completely carrying this Wescom Branch on her back! Every time I've came here, I've had to wait! I've done everything to help Wescom get me the correct documents to get the title of my vehicle! Now, I'm being told from Daisy that she gave me the original documents and not copies of the documents! Well, I'm back here again with all the documents that Daisy from Wescom gave me. And I don't have the original, notarized documents, so the DMV has sent my paperwork back, but still charged me the $35 fee! Will I ever get any help from Wescom?

Purchase a new vehicle on Tuesday night from a dealership in Newport Beach. Next morning went on line to wescom com. e-filed all the doc's which took about 10 minutes. Received a message back saying I would be contacted a representative shortly, I was e-mailed and texted by Kaitlin Tran, Wescom Loan Adviser who asked if she could call me. 2 minutes later she walked me through the loan process verifying my doc's were in order which they were , she said it would take 1 hour. Phone rang a few e-doc's to sign and process done the check is on its way to the dealership ! A very Big Thank You to Kaitlin Tran for making the loan process so easy !!!! Wescom Credit Union member for life at least the last 47 years and counting !!!!

Just opened up an account. smooth and easy process thanks to advisor Maira Wilk. she explained EVERYTHING so clearly and all the benefits at an ease. Such a kind lovely woman! thanks for all the help. Glad to now be a member.

I've been with Wescom for about 16 years now and I will stay with them for life !! They are the best and their app allows you to pay for your bills conveniently and they given me large credit lines and personal loans without a hassle . Last but not least you can't compete with the convenience of using atms at all credit unions and 7-11's without a fee , I love it !!

This Wescom branch has got to be the laziest branch around. I've had multiple services done here most done with attitude and laziness. They failed to notify me about a denial and didn't give my friend chance to become a member because there was 20 minutes to closing time and they need approximately 30 minutes to complete that process. I've never dealt with things like this at the Irvine Wescom branch. Just goes to show some reps are willing to go out of their way to make sure we get good customer service.

This Wescom Credit Union is the worst credit union out there I was scammed end of aug .and went to bank to make sure I didn't loose any money.they said I wouldn't.well guess what they let my money go to the scammer the next day and it was still pending the day I went in so they said will look into it . A lady Deanna said I won't get my money back beacuse I had a hand in it who says that to a customer I lost 55 hundred I would rather donate 55 hundred than to scammer . So if you have Wescom get your money out today. I will be out there to picked about how they ripe people off any one want to join let .and called CEO Darren Williams 20 time not man enough to call you back.

Stop going to the evil banks. I still have to sometimes but I do my best to bank with Wescom for all needs including auto loan and insurance. Great bank and bankers.

I have an account with Wescom as well as a few other credit unions and banks. Props to this place for staying open during the pandemic! They've stayed open but also made sure to make everybody feel safe. All the workers wear masks, there's sanitizer bottles everywhere, a greeter to help you navigate your way through the branch and most importantly genuine workers who are always there to help you with your needs. Credit unions, especially Wescom Credit Union is the way to go for all your banking needs. NO CAP!

I was recommended by a family member to try Wescom for an auto loan, and I am so happy I did. The first member service representative didn't really make me feel comfortable that I was going to get approved for the loan when I left. But I was approved and got a call. I went in a second time with a different member (Julian C). I hit a small complication when I came for the 2nd appointment on my side, but he really helped me and I felt he went above and beyond to get me the auto loan. They have a member system that can give you many perks and it will definitely help save money in the long run, so I was happy to open an account. Overall, I am happy with my choice of Wescom and will be recommending family and friends! Thank you!

I've been signing in and waiting for long enough of my time by sitting here waiting for someone to help me but I've been waiting more than 30 minutes but no one is available to help me, the brand is far from where I live, I have drive for 25 minutes to get here plus waiting for help. It's poor service.

Whoa, received a 6 page letter dated November 18, 2019 on a incident involving a third-party service provider that may have affected the security of my personal information. On May 14, 2019 an unauthorized party downloaded database backup files belonging to Geezeo, the provider for Wescom's eBudget service. Not sure why this information could not have been delivered to account holders email inbox, a bit lacking doing the minimum necessary to notify members. Wescom was notified by Geezoe of this incident on or about September 24, 2019. Reading about Geezeo, they do API, Responsive Tiles, and Smart Ad Tiles to create custom, differentiated digital banking experiences that translate into higher revenue opportunities and increased customer engagement. What did the file contain, historical Wescom member information dating from 2012, name, address, account number, account type, account (balance as of 2012), email address, gender, birth year, and user account information. Of course any issue with data safety downgrades trust -- I no longer have trust in Wescom as my financial service provider. Time to expedite and Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah to another financial service provider. I've commented before that Credit Unions are not like they were back in the 30s and 40s....when they get the size of Wecome they start to cater to their executives and board just the the shareholders of the other financial institutions. As of March 2019, Wescom ranks 60th largest credit unions in the United States and is based on assets reported by each credit union to the National Credit Union Administration. $3.48 Billion 23 Locations. Their newer branches I'm my area like Ikea if you like that look and feel. Wescom is overall fair my Relationship Score of them, they've lost touch with me as a member...as of Q4 2018, both FDIC and NCUA consider capitalization levels of banks and credit unions to be of high importance. Higher capitalization allows for a greater buffer when cover loans that may fail in the future. Wescom Credit Union has $3.48 billion in assets with $307.64 million in equity, resulting in a capitalization level of 8.84%, which is average. I'm not liking the average capitalization...

Phone service SUCKS! I find it hard to believe that at 11:00 a.m. on a Saturday, the phone line is THAT busy, 22 minutes going on 30 minutes. I'm going to wait and post the time it actually took for someone to answer. Got tired of waiting, got into car at 11: 40, to drive to Wescom (4 miles away) wouldn't you know it, at 11:44 a.m. I got through. Terrible.
