“Recently had James complete a pre-purchase inspection on my 2009 Carrera. Very nice guy. Pointed out needed new engine mounts, brake flush ( found water in fluid) and issue with horn but otherwise solid vehicle. Scheduled an appointment and went forward with his recommendations. He called me after I dropped the car off and told me it might not be ready that day as a technician had just injured himself. I told him no problem though my son would be bummed as my son and I planned to go to Cars and Coffee the next day. James called me near closing and told me he got it done as he didn’t want to disappoint my son. James even gave me some oil plug washers when I asked about what type of washer to use when I do my own oil changes. Oil changes aside, I will be bringing my car back to James for everything else.”

“67 GTO column. Was a mess. They completely rebuilt it and repainted it top to bottom. Hard to find parts, the experience to know how it all works, etc. because of its age. Turned out perfect. Very happy. Very fair price. Excellent communication with owner and very good turn time. Hard to find that combo these days. Don’t hesitate just have them do yours.”

“Unbelievable hands down best car mechanic I've ever been to. Here's why I say this.
First, you can go to their website and schedule a time to take your car in which is much better than just showing up and hoping they can take your car in at that time.
Second, I took my car in to have my brakes checked and they said they were good. He said come back in about 6,000 miles and we can replace them at that time because you still have 20% on the front pads and 30% left on the rear pads. He said this would be easier to just replace them all at the same time and would save you money. I've never had a mechanic that was that honest.
Third, My air conditioner was not as cold as it used to be I own a 2019 Ford mustang and as of today I never added freon. He looked at it and said all we need to do is add a little bit of freon and that's it. He explained to me exactly how the air conditioning on the car works before the work was done which made me more knowledgeable about what is involved which helped me to feel more comfortable.
Finally, as of today August 11th 2024 is shop is open on Saturday until 6:00 as well as Monday through Friday which most shops are closed on the weekends that I talked to or they're only open half day. This made it a lot easier and more convenient to go. The work was done in less than 3 hours just like he said it would. Thank you Sean.
PS. After I paid and left he called me about 10 minutes later and asked if I had left my tumbler cup which I did so he kept the store open for another 15 minutes so I could turn around and pick it up. He could have not said anything about the cup, he could have said come by on Monday but he didn't What a great guy. The shop has been there for 18 years that says something. This is why he has earned my business for life.”

“my 2002 es300 Lexus was having a zing noise when ever I would advance from a stop , took it into Westminster Lexus they tried to fix the problem but could never quite find it so we been living with this nuisance problem for a few years we kind of accepted it. took my car into Big O Tires in Orange for balance & rotation of the tires, & they brought to my attention of minor oil seepage on both valve cover gasket & oil pan gasket & axle seal (no evidence of oil drippings anywhere on my drive way where I park) anyway I let them do the work $1542.00 when I picked up my car & drove away. I now have squealing noise and a tapping noise at idle & turning and a loud knocking noise on acceleration,( well that another story I am dealing with) so I decided to go see Louis 0wner at Quality Auto care this morning(he done work for me in the past) he knew what the problem was . I left the car & he called me up & said the car was fixed I was expecting to still have the zing problem but to my delight no noise of any kind , His pricing is fair & very reasonable .
