βRecently had James complete a pre-purchase inspection on my 2009 Carrera. Very nice guy. Pointed out needed new engine mounts, brake flush ( found water in fluid) and issue with horn but otherwise solid vehicle. Scheduled an appointment and went forward with his recommendations. He called me after I dropped the car off and told me it might not be ready that day as a technician had just injured himself. I told him no problem though my son would be bummed as my son and I planned to go to Cars and Coffee the next day. James called me near closing and told me he got it done as he didnβt want to disappoint my son. James even gave me some oil plug washers when I asked about what type of washer to use when I do my own oil changes. Oil changes aside, I will be bringing my car back to James for everything else.β

J.R. at Greg's has treated me with the utmost competence, fairness, and excellence over the past 15 years such that the only thing I miss about my family in NY is a few beers and cheese on Friday nights as the service from J.R. is like family.β

βThe Electron cylindrical cell battery has been performing flawlessly in the Lexus CT200h. Installation was completed over two days and everything fit as expected. I took the opportunity to clean the area beneath the battery and replace the fan and battery case gaskets with better-sealing ones. Very happy with the results so far.β
