Jonathan & Deana deserve all credit in the world; Upon arrival, their hospitality, communication and genuine care for their client is what makes Kaizen the standard. I had damage to my driver side fender, front bumper and tire rim. Jonathan gave a fair estimate then gave me daily updates on how the repair was looking. After having my car for less than a week, I got my car back washed, detailed and looking brand new. It’s a stressful process to find a good body shop, that will fairly price you and provide excellent communication but I highly recommend Kaizen because of Jonathan’s professionalism and hard work. “Had problems with my truck batteries went to competitor’s store and told me they were goodOscar Cruz store #4154 checked my batteries and because he knew how to use the equipment he found the batteries showing Good but also showed that the batteries were loosing charge . He spent a good 20 minutes checking everything for me. I told him I was going to a competitor’s store to buy batteries and he talked to his manager and he gave me a discount. I went with Autozone. This was an important decision because truck is for work and it needs to be reliable. Also the truck needs 2 batteries so spent over $500.00ThanksJim”

“Incredible work! We have an older RV trailer where the manufacturer cut the sides short and age has not been kind with a flimsy trim piece at the bullnose. A creative solution was needed on the trim to get a tighter hold and wow, Dave and team delivered. Very impressed with the solution and look. He also re-sealed all our windows/doors. “Jim is amazing! To find a business where honesty and client satisfaction comes first....no over the top quotes. Where I expected to pay thousands for a repair reluctantly was accepted with a tip. It was a matter of pushing a part back into place and some "magic" spray to get the paint/scrapes off the vehicle and I was on my way.”
“My 2024 Corolla Hybrid was keyed on passenger door. I did file a claim with AAA for the vandalism and they went to New Image to see the damage and give approval to do the work. I told the owner, Jazmin, that I could not bring the car in until around the 14th. Then we set up an appointment for Monday 18th. This job would take four to five days due to having to fix the damage and repaint the front and back door so the paint would match perfectly. Then to my surprise they did a full detail of my car both inside and out.
All the staff were very friendly and professional. From the owner, the front desk clerk, the workers who fixed the damage and painted it, to the Detailer. I am so very impressed. My car looks absolutely amazing, as good as it looked when I first bought it. I would highly recommend this business to everyone I know who is in need of body work on their car.

“California Auto Refrigeration can rebuild an air conditioning compressor for a Classic Saab 900, which in my opinion means they need to be protected at all costs. If you have some wonky classic car that you don't want to have to be drenched in sweat to drive, call them and see if they can help you out too.”
