I was referred to this shop and thought I would be in good hands. They did not do what the contract stated they did one out of three things that were supposed to be done I was charged $1000 for a $500 dollar job. Never will I return or recommend anyone. If asked about the service it would be a no go to shop period. Another thing is they use a lot of recycled parts maybe that's why my old parts were never returned.

This team is so helpful! And so kind! Family vibes :) They squeezed me in EVEN with how busy they were and helped me resolve the issue with my bus. They identified it so quickly & easily. Turned out to be something really minor so they were going to just give it to me free, I had to tip because I couldn’t leave without thanking them. I’ve never been to such a great repair shop. Sincere gratitude :)

Fernando is an EXCELLENT mechanic and person. He is VERY friendly and hospitable. Fernando repaired my transmission about 4 years ago. Today, even though they are busy, Fernando took my vehicle in to diagnose the malfunction. The front desk girl was likewise friendly and accommodating. This is a 5 star Auto & Diesel repair shop.

The family here is very nice, but the work done on my vehicle was Not done properly. I brought my vehicle in to fix a valve cover leak and some other items. The job wasn't done properly at all. The leak continued after a small amount of driving. I hired another mechanic and the two of us decided to investigate and fix the leak. We took the cover off only to discover that there was no Gasket!! This is why it was leaking. I payed all of the money for the hourly rate only to have the problem not fixed. They had my vehicle for over a month, when I picked it up I opened the door only to discover there were parts left on the drivers seat. The parts were missing some bolts and nuts. I had to return to the shop and have one of the employees help me find the missing pieces. I put things back together myself, but what a blunder on their end. They installed a new Fuel Sending Unit as well, but that started to Leak and I had to properly replace and Install another Gasket. One last thing, someone at the shop was taking my vehicle out and about. I know this because when I left it there the first time my vehicle had a full tank. When I picked it up a quarter of a tank was missing. I thought maybe I was imagining it. So I filled it up a second time when I brought it back to them. Sure enough when I picked it up, it was down about a quarter of a tank. My tank holds a lot of fuel so it wasn't just them test driving it. This happed Twice. Businesses like this one have way too many vehicles in their shop. This is why these things happen, they are not able to do jobs properly because they are under pressure and doing too much. Start saying No we are too busy and don't be greedy! Pass on this shop and find yourself a Better automotive shop. I think the family is full of nice people, but the work is Unprofessional.

This Family Business is one of the most Honest Diesel mechanic shop I've been to. They are very reliable, and will tell you that there nothing wrong with your car and not charge you the $180 Dollar diagnostic fee that the Ford Dealerships charge just to look and tell you what's wrong. I'm very please I've found them.

Highly recommend! 5 plus stars, you pay for what you get.Fernando has alot of knowledge in diesels. He is honest, trustworthy and knows his stuff! I should of came to him in the first place for my transfer case issue. He took care of my issue in a few days, that I was battling for almost 18 months.I will be continuing my business here. Two Mechanics (Fernando and Junior) came across the street to help with an odd problem. We had a kitten stuck in an engine bay and couldn't get it out. Jr ran back to get a floor jack, lifted the car, took off the under cover and helped us get the kitten out. He went above and beyond. He also refused any payment or lunch. He was caring, knowledgeable and honest. So much so that I'm tempted to bring my cars here going forward even though I don't live in the area. Thank you Jr!

These guys were great! Super nice receptionist too! She told me come on in and they would take a quick look at my very rare Classic Mercedes Diesel wagon and did not even charge me. Got some valuable information and I will be back when they are not busy!Imagine finding a busy shop that will take time out of their day just to give you a little information! That's what I call great customer service and I will reward them handsomely in the future ? thank you Fernando! Brought my Ford E450 mini bus here a few months ago. It had been not running for months before I bought it, but a battery and oil change got it running so I figured I'd take it to a reputable shop to get a full health check. Called on a friday, was told to bring it the following Wednesday. I brought it in and was told without anyone looking at anything that they didn't know what they could do for me if it was running fine now..... OK. They checked computer codes and cleared out a few, said it was fine. Well, I knew I needed a fuel filter because the mobile mechanic couldn't do that when he replaced the batteries and oil, so I insisted they do it. Fine, they do it, 45 minutes later they say good to go. I could not believe my eyes at an almost $300 bill for a $40 part. Who knew a shop could charge $200 an hour in labor and get away with it?NEXT DAY I go to get a SMOG check and the tech tells me I have a pretty bad oil leak. Now, I can't say whether or not I had the leak before visiting A&E because I didn't check or notice it by chance. The bus had been broken down until a few days before, and an oil leak could definitely have contributed to it breaking down (I bought it broken). However, A&D should have noticed it if they had done due diligence to inspect my bus like I asked when I brought it in, rather than rushing me out the door as fast as possible because they were super busy. Yes, they're always busy. To your detriment, if you aren't a regular or an acquaintance.
