This place is a NIGHTMARE, nothing close to their name, attempts to insinuate!! Stay clear from them. They will charge for items and never install them or even hand over the product that they have been paid for. They will refuse to refund or even simply hand over the property/item they received funds for! We waited 1 month for the product that needed to be ordered and it's now been almost 2 years and they refuse to hand item over on top of this the couple items they did install are continuously having issues and failing to work properly, stear clear from them!!!!

My experience was very bad.I'm bought some Wolf first.And after 6 months, one of them blew. Could I get a warranty? Because they're not a authorized dealer.Try to talk. To them about fiction, the problem and they've got very upset at me.

I recently went to dream audio because I found out they also do window tinting from a relative that previously went there, So I decided to give it a try and I wasn't let down. The quality of the tint was very good and they finished my car at a decent time as well I didn't have to wait too long. Overall my experience was great and everyone at the shop was very friendly and funny I would definitely recommend.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Go check the Audio Dreams yelp. The reviews are so horrible they changed the name around to hide their horrible reviews! I wish I would have listened to the previous reviews. I decided to come anyway cause I was getting an alarm installed and no audio equipment, easy right? NO! I was called and told my vehicle was ready for pick up. I came down to pick up my vehicle and asked the installer how the alarm sounded, he says he didn't hook up the alarm (siren). He thought I only wanted the door locks to work?! Why in the hell would I purchase an alarm if I didn't want an alarm?! He said give me 20 minutes to hook up the siren. I heard the chirping and knew he was about done. I heard him try to start my vehicle at least 5 times and it wouldn't turn over. It finally started and he said I was free to go. I get in and see 3 dash lights on! Check engine light, stabilizer light, and traction control light! My vehicle was in a limp mode and couldn't go more than 15 MPH. I came right back and explained my issues and was told it's all ok,well I'm an electrician and I understand how these things work. I immediately asked the installer where he placed his ground, and where his splices were. I can't believe that guy is allowed to install electronics. THE REVIEWS ARE REAL! I don't want anymore people getting ripped off. Most people don't know much about car electronics so they trust places like this to install equipment with their hard earned money. I had them uninstall it right there in front of me and got my money back. I couldn't even make it home. I drove straight to the dealership about a 1/2 mile up the road and smelled something burning. They are running diagnostics, checking the ECU, and running codes. Also, when I came back to explain what's happened, there was another guy there bitching about his stereo install. We shared a common anger with this place. YOU'LL REGRET COMING HERE, DONT DO IT. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

After purchasing a new GPS/traffic unit plus a backup camera both made by Garmin, I searched for someone to install them. After multiple calls, I decided to drive over to Dream Audio. They quoted an install price of $260 and were able to begin immediately. They had to call Garmin twice to get clarification on why the 2 items weren't talking to each other. 2 hours later everything was done. I was impressed by the thoroughness and professionalism of their work. I would go to them again.

Where do I began I had gone elsewhere where they tinted my windows and put a stereo system in my wagon. I was furious upset and ended suing them in court not for the money, but the principe of how rude they were to me after they refused to fix what I paid so much money on!! At any rate I was referred to Dream Audio and from the moment I walked in Mark the salesman explained and went through all the systems they had and something that I would be happy with. He never tried to up sale me on anything. He just let me ask questions and gave me the rundown. I decided I would have them uninstall the not so old stereo and replace it with a new one. I also had my windows redone! Tommy is who installed the new stereo he was awesome! I had my wagon back as promised. I was so happy with my new system that I went back my husband and I and had a blasting stereo installed in our boat!The owner happened to be in the store Ray he made sure that we were satisfied and assured us if we had any future problems he would make sure he would take care of us. As my husband says happy wife happy life! I strongly recommend Dream audio and this is why they got a 5 star FastFriendly Great customer service!

Wow! Tommy at DREAM AUDIO did amazing work. He installed a hardwired power cord for my radar detector in five minutes. High-quality work done quickly. I highly recommend Dream Audio.

Wow! Tommy at Dream Audio is excellent. I had a small project to put a hard-wired power cord into my Mazda CX-5 for my escort radar detector. Tommy completed the installation in five minutes. High-quality work done extremely fast. I highly recommend dream audio.

Walked into to get a new stereo system. With Apple car play and android auto. tommy was really helpful knew exactly what I was looking for and what would work perfectly with my car. Mark was really help handle payment and had great customer service skills will definitely be coming back for all my audio needs.

This place is terrible. I have been here numerous times and never had a good experience. Their products are old outdated and/ or bad quality. The work I thought was not great. Lots of little scratches and stuff not popped back into place. And then my alternator and battery got fried because they crossed some wires causing my amps to never turn off. Small mistake. But now I'm out 800 dollars not including the 3 grand I paid on their overpriced equipment

Took my son's 2019 Honda Civic in for an audio upgrade from stock stereo to something with apple car play.Mark provided us with great service and great suggestions. Mark is a super friendly guy and have us a good deal on a pioneer system with apple car play. His guy installed it the next day and it looks and works great! Very clean install with a Honda kit for the civic. Looks like it came off the factory showroom. Son is very very pleased.Great experience at Dream Audio. We will be back for future car audio needs.
