It's freeway accessible. Usually always a wait and today going there I went thru a swarm of bees so I had bees all over my car I couldn't get out and it took forever for them all to get off my car.

Terrible customer experience! Went in and I asked the clerks if I could use the restroom and they said to wait 10 minutes??? If I had 10 minutes to spare I would have driven elsewhere and held it. Such an inconvenience for those who commute because they will gladly take your money but mock you in person. They guys laughed and said he needed a break and some more d*** stuff in really in no mood to write. I reported this to corporate but they failed to contact me back.

Hi Folks - I come a few miles out of my way to come into this particular AM~PM Store / Arco Station. The employees are always pleasant, smiling, very happy to help, don't get aggravated if I just have to use the restroom, and the big kicker is....they can and will have a conversation with me!! I love their coffee and the infamous Whipped Cream Machine has got me hooked again! ☕ ?

Worst customer service by Effren. So rude. How this guy had a customer service position I will never know. I've had similar experiences with him in the past as he used to deliver auto parts to shops I've managed in the past. I've never had to write a review like this. But today I'm taking the time to do so. He was very rude and acting like he's above norm folk. I hate thr fact that he doesn't understand the word humble down. Today's times are tough enough. I hope he gets removed from.his cashier position. If I was to return to this location and I saw him, my business would go elsewhere. Being that this is an AM/PM franchise, I'm sure nobody in the Mgmt here will care. Oh well....I hope in the long run, u people here or at corporate will reach out to me. Wishful thinking????....

I have been coming to this ampm for years. Usually in the early morning hours. I haven't ever written a review of a gas station because ... well, because it's a gas station. It sells gas. I don't know anything about gas, other than how much it costs, and which octane seems to work the best in whichever vehicle I happen to be driving at the time (usually, it's just unleaded; any other grade is just allowing you the opportunity to make really expensive exhaust blow out the east end of your westbound vehicle). I do know some of the employees by name, which indicates to me that I need to start buying vehicles that get more than single-digit or 'mid-tens' miles per gallon. As this is a station that is right off the freeway, it has large number of gas pumps, with diesel being located only at the outer pumps (only eight of the pumps offer diesel) - which makes sense, since most of the diesels I've seen pull up are commercial trucks, trucks with trailers, long bed trucks and ... well ... trucks. Lots and lots of big white work trucks. The parking is reasonably adequate, with spaces across the front of the store, and a few spaces tucked around the side, where the air and water machine is located. Entry and exit for the station is pretty good; the driveways are on Katella, which can be a bit busy, with cars shooting down the street or exiting the freeway offramp like they're launching from the deck of an aircraft carrier at full throttle. There's also an exit at the other end of the lot, which leads you down an alley to the shopping center. I usually get there before the 'morning rush,' so I tend to see an emptier station. And, honestly, the reason I stop there - if I'm not getting gas - is because it's the only place I can find coffee at 5am. The gas station part of the am/pm works exactly as expected. There isn't any trash anywhere, and the interior of the store is neat and tidy. In the hot food section, there is a great selection of hot dogs, burgers, BBQ sandwiches, corn dogs, and the like. The condiments section is usually well stocked with everything you need to make your hot dog or cheeseburger your way. The coffee section - for me though, - is the main draw. There are seven hot coffees to choose from, a couple of mocha and French vanilla frappuccino-like drinks, a special-blend cappuccino machine (that even offers "Mexican-style hot chocolate), and even a cold half-and-half / French vanilla dispenser! And if you want to channel your inner barista, they have a wide selection of Upouria syrups and flavorings. As I write this, I'm drinking a 24oz. Cafe de Olla with mocha, chocolate, hazelnut, and half and half. It is a feast for the tongue! They also offer a wide variety of cremes, sugar, and even coffee shots as well. Whoever set up the coffee really knows their audience! You can make the perfect cup o' joe here. Very pleased with the selection, the cleanliness of the store, and the interactions I've had with the staff. They keep everything well stocked, and are extremely professional. If you're ever in need of a 4am or 5am coffee, this is the place to go (and I'll probably be there; there is NOTHING like that first sip of coffee while standing outside as the sun is juuust high enough to start chasing the night away to the west)!

Horrible experience! Fanny the manager at the store wouldn't unlock her employee restroom for an elderly lady and three other women to use the restroom. A mother and her child went in and we're taking well over ten minutes. So I asked if they can make an exception and unlock her employee restroom. She rudely said there's a sign on the door that says employee only and let us wait there at least another five minutes until we finally gave up and left to use the restroom at another store. My husband and I frequently come here and this is extremely disappointing Fanny was so rude and had no compassion and provided HORRIBLE customer service!!! We will never be back!!!!! Fanny should think of a different career that doesn't involve customer service!!!! She clearly doesn't care about her customers and especially their well being. Leaving an elderly lady waiting in line for over fifteeen minutes and at that she was mentally handicap!!!!!

Horroble customer service there was one restroom with a long line and they had a secondary for employes only i asked FANNY the manager if possible to let the mentally handicap older lady to use the employee restroom because i seen her pacing back and forth needing to use the bathroom what seemed to me very urgent. After about 15 minutes waiting the manager still refused to open her employee restroom knowing she had a line of 5 people waiting! We asked Fanny twice desperatly needing to use the restroom and she still refused!!!! My suggestion this manager. Fanny needs customer service training. I will never return to this location due to How Fanny handled the whole situation. To deny a mentally handicap elderly lady a restroom or any customer the right to a restroom is disgusting and apolling!

Pretty great gas prices for Orange, CA. What's really great about this gas station location is more The Location. It is a super easy on and off from the 55 freeway either direction. We stopped over here to fill up the gas tank and it a clean station, easy to access the tanks without a super long line or anything. And the transaction was done very quickly and easily. I have been here a number of times and never encounter panhandlers like some other YELPERS have, so I don't know if that was simply a time of day issue. I'll tell you, in Orange, CA, it's very difficult for a retail management store to "get ride" of pan handlers. It's certainly clean and safe, so if it's an issue for you, stay in your car. It's well light, so I wouldn't be afraid that some incident would occur without being able to do something about it. Plus, you can always phone the Orange Police and they are very responsive. You could simply tell them, "I am afraid for my personal safety." And I'm sure they would be right over. Sadly, they do need to refill the paper in the transaction machine more often and stop using the "clerk has receipt" as a cheap ploy to get you out of your car and to come into the store in hopes of your impulse purchasing something. The whole point was to be able to gas up QUICKLY. In and Out is not just for great hamburgers and french fries.

This is basically a warning for all Arcos. Swipe your debit card at your own risk. A few months back, I filled up at the Arco on Katella right at the 55. A few days later, I get a phone call from my bank's fraud department about someone trying to use my card in Mexico - a lot. Luckily my bank stopped all the transactions and I wasn't dealing with money fraudulently taken out of my account. I noticed one of the employees walking around that evening and it's like he was swiping his phone by all the pumps where you'd insert your card. Something about it just didn't seem right. I got that gut feeling that something was off about what he was doing, but at that point it was too late as I'd already started pumping my gas. Fast forward to this week... I filled up at a different Arco, on Chapman a little east of the 55. Sure enough I get a phone call from my fraud department today that someone in Garden Grove tried to withdraw $200 from my account. Funny, since I hadn't even left my house. My immediate thought was my card got swiped again at Arco! Then, just now talking to my roommate, I mentioned my card got skimmed (I didn't mention Arco), and she proceeds to tell me about her card getting skimmed at an Arco!!! So, I told her that's exactly what I suspected as well. I know their gas is cheaper than most places - but after this being the second time dealing with this, and knowing my roommate had the same issue with Arco, I felt the need to post a "Buyer Beware" regarding what seems to be an ongoing issue at this particular gas station brand.

I love this AmPm for the coffee until Fanny and Adelia the two workers with the biggest attitudes yelling at employees and customers make me want to tell them something. I filed a complaint, what kind of customer service is that? They shouldn't be there if they consistantly have a bad attitude. But I guess what makes it better is the other employees that are cool, kind, and have excellent customer service. Thanks for the kind employees there but the two I named above I wish they didn't work there. Adelia on the other hand can't have enough decency to help a old lady and handicapped person horrible person I've ever seen.
